Grabe namang PLDT yan 9days walang internet sumusubra na talaga yan gaya sa amin 1day lang hindi nakabayad may penalty na 500 pesos grabe kapal ng mukha nyo PLDT . mamatay na kayo mga hinayupak kayo mga pataygutom sa pera

9 days na walang internet nakakainis talaga un. ako naexperience ko na walang internet ng 2 days dahil sa mahina ang signal kaya pati mga assignment ng kapatid ko hindi makapag search sa goggle kaya kailangan pa lumabas at mag rent sa computer shop. nainis ka na, nasayang pa ang oras at higit sa lahat gumastos pa sa pag rent.

monopolize po kasi ang mlalaking companies satin tayo lang niloloko.. ayaw nga nila mapasukan ng iba dba? kasi nga garapal sila .. scammers yang mga yan legal lang kasi nagbabayad ng tax... mga oligarch kasi kya galit si duterte sa mga putanginang mga yan kasi sila tlaga ung isa sa mga nagpapahirap sa ating mahihirap
tama kaya sana maayos na yung tax system natin kasi dapat sa mga malalaking company yung malalaking tax hindi sa mga tao nahahanapan nila ng butas e kasi walang pagbabago yung tax system natin matagal na. Sana rin ang mangyari e pwede ng makabili ng mga properties for business yung mga foreign national or kahit gawin nalang nilang 70/30 , 70 sa foreign at 30% sa pinoy atleast majority is nasa foreign e sino naman papayag na 50/50 ang shares tapos alam mo naman yung history nung ka sosyo mo na hindi mapagkakatiwalaan.

I'm a bit confused with the last parts of your comment boss vindicare.

Why would you want a Philippine property to be owned 70% by a foreigner?

And why would anyone want to do business with someone they cannot trust?

Hey, at least we're doing something instead of just letting them earn from us without giving us good service.

And I'm sure efforts such as those are not wasted.

I have a friend from Smart who was then worried about their jobs when news came that Telstra was entering our country - all our network service providers that their own service suck.

ang problema dito e yung service na hard reset lang pala ang solution sa problema dapat nung tinawagan ni TS yung pldt dapat sinabi na nila yung mga option na pwedeng gawin ni TS(pldt user) para hindi na naging abala . sana magkaisa na mga pinoy tungkol dito kasi ang problema sa atin kapag maganda yung serbisyo sa atin nung ISP parang wala na e kasi nga maganda yung service pero kapag dumating yung araw na siya na yung ma momroblema saka pa siya magrereklamo kahit naman obvious na maraming consumer ang namomroblema sa serbisyo na binibigay nila.

Well that's what you called PLDC not PLDT anymore. What a big disturbance they are doing to there customers. They are good when its time for the billing of the customers. But when it comes to their service, always delay, always some reason on why is that happening. I hope our president is going to scare these big oligarch networks.

Yes, you're very right about that.

They are only prompt when it's time for them to collect money.

I really was pissed when they started the automatic system where you get disconnected quickly when you fail to pay on due date.


But sometimes the problem is also from us we are not doing some troubleshooting and look at what happened to op. The only solution for his problem is only by pressing the reset button haha. That is going to teach us all a lesson that every time we are having hard internet connection then press the magic button at your routers.

That's what I do when my connection issue starts to take days before they can fix it.

And ask them (using your social media so that other people can see) to give you a rebate and say that you are losing money because of their bad service.

Once you say that word they will prioritize you for sure.

Hahaha yeah, that hard reset thing is always been the best solution I hope that is going to be a lesson for you.

If you know that you have been paying your internet bill for good and you still don't have internet for 9 days.

9 days? Laki nang uras ang nasayang dyan kahit nga 1 day na di ako nkkapag net parang matamllay sa katawan yan pa kaya almost 2 weeks. Grin
Oo ngano kailan kaya i papa open ni duterte  yung bansa natin sa mga foreign telcos para ma bahal itong mga gagong ito, itong bansa natin ay isa sa mga pinaka mahihinang internet connection at isa mga pinaka mahal ang singil sa asia nakakainis.  Embarrassed

grabe 9 days ako walang net, pano na ngayon ang activity ng account ko gusto ko pa naman mag rank pambihira...

punyemas na PLDT kwento ko muna ang nakaka busit na eksena..

Monday:
medyo bumagal net, lakas kasi ng ulan mga ilang oras nawalan e madaling araw na din di n ako nag bother to fix it. tulog n lang
Tuesday: Pag gising ko wala ng net, isip isip ko bka dahil sa ulan so hintay lang, kinagabihan wala pa din hanggang 2am nyeta napuyat pa ako.
Wednesday: Di ako natulog kasi gusto ko tawagan agad pldt pag bukas pa lang nila para mafix agad.. aun may binigay namang ref # so 10am tulog na ako grabeng pagpupuyat e no?
Thursday: Wala pa din tinawagan ko sabi ng agent, meron ng technician na pupunta kaso wala pang naassign .. grabehan haha o sige sige wala pa pala intay lang bka mmayang hapon meron na.
Friday: 5th day nabusit na ako pinuntahan ko na ang business center, nakasimangot ako para maintimidate mahirap naman kung magwala pa ako kasi ako mababaliktad pero gusto ko na talaga e ang siste me tinawagan tong support supervisor daw then sabi wait ka lang sir within this day may ppunta na na technician. SUS un naman pala e need ko pa pumunta ng personal. 3-6pm dahil walang net tamang tambay kami ng mga friends ko abang abang na din sa technician e looban to kasi apartment wala namang nag punta naubos na lang namin 2 case na beer, nalasing na lang ako lahat2 wala pa din.
Sat: walang magawa walang office
Sunday: Gusto ko na talaga pasabugin opisina ng PLDT
Monday: Dahil nalasing ako nong sunday kasi gumimik kami sa ccp kung san meron naman akong nakilalang magandang binibini kahit papano naibsan ang pangangati ng kamay ko hahaha iba ang nangati so maganda ang linggo ko.. gising ko 2pm punyemas wala pa din tlagang net sinusubukan tlaga ako e so 4pm pmunta ako ng PLDT business center expected ko wala ng tao kasi pasara na aba akalain mong ubod ng haba ng pila from 1212 to 1251 ako grabeh tapos nagrerevert pa ng numbers kasi meron pa lang mga nakapilang bumalik lang grabehan talaga gusto ko na magpaputok kagigil buti na lang naaalala ko ung nakasama ko nong sunday ahaha kaya sige carry na to.. at aun after 1 hour mahigit nakausap ko ung support ulit sabi ko "kala ko ba maam me nakausap na kau" pagalit n tanong sabi nya sino po ba kau sir at kelan ka po huling pumunta isip isip ko taena ganon ba kadami tao dito para d m ko matandaan sa pogi kung to haha badtrip edi ngayon hinahanap un account at report.. grabe sabi ba naman CLOSE N DAW UNG TICKET.. sabi ko pano macoclose e unresolve pa un kaso kaya nga ako andito e and besides bat d man lang kayo tumawag para kumustahin kng nasolve ba? imagine 9 days na ako walang net, alam nyo ung feeling na nasa bundok ka? buti pa sa bundok e malilibang ka.. kung singilan ang bilis nyo mayat maya pa reminder pag di nakabayad putol agad ano ba naman yan .. pero kalmado pa ako nyan ha.. nakasimangot lang ako.. so mejo nataranta si ate gawa daw sya ulit ng report ay aun lalo ako nabusit ng bigyan ako ng bagong reference haha new reference ... new waiting time tangina talaga hahah wala n ako nagawa .. kesa magwala n tlaga ako sabi ko pls make sure na may pumunta na bukas otherwise di na ako dito pupunta sa DTI na nilakasan ko na boses ko sabay parang lalapit ung guard .. umalis n din ako hahaha wala akong bawi sa mga kupal na to..


at heto ang nakakalokong resolusyon


So ngayon tuesday.. dumating si technician. 10am chineck habang ako naglalaro na lang muna ng duterte game .. ang conclusion ni manong at solution na e HARD RESET ng router... putragis nman talaga oo 9 days un lang ang problema? static kasi ung line ng telepono ko tapos an lakas pa ng ulan kaya kala ko ang laki ng damage un lang pala problema ROUTER? sana man lang sinabihan ako ng tech na ireset n lang muna to.. hard reset..

kaya kayong magkakaproblema.. MAGHARD RESET MUNA KAYO NG ROUTER NYO BAGO KAU MAGREKLAMO AT ABUTIN NG BWAN PARA MARESOLBA UNG KASO NYO hahaha  Grin Grin Grin Roll Eyes

nkakalokong experience sana lang talaga magkaron na to ng kumpetisyon ng masampal n sa muka... wew Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry
