I think 5.6 BTC is a reasonable value to ask for the domain as it is a very flexible domain and works with practically any venture !

I see it as quite unprofessional asking and will not disclose that information in public. The seller needed money quickly for a trip so was willing to sell the domain at a reasonable price. Ultimately a value is always arbitrary and bitcoin.ceo is a fantastic domain.
