The only help I can offer you is to take a look at the Online gambling scams in future.

The admin is easy to find. Jakem, search him up and you'll find him. Support email you can find on their site as well. But will they respond if they've already decided to take away your funds just like that? Probably not.

Their provably fair system forces you to proactively use it every single time, which means that you have to click on the provably fair button every single time. This is not even mentioning that you have no idea where this guy is even located, let alone personal details.

Just why would you play on such a site with 0 or negative reputation, when there are clear alternatives available. Next time do your research before you bet anything. 0.1% house edge should have been a warning bell already.

indeed, warning bells more like warning sirens
but there are many gamblers who are not aware of being scammed
so topics like this at least help others (if they bother to read, that is) to not fall victims of such scammers

I played 999dice already 2  year more years,and never experience a problem.

More than 2 years is a long time, how much you have wagered there and how about your stats?
And why you still play on this site for years while there are many negative feedback about this site since the first day of their announcement in this forum?

How about your issue OP? Do you get any answers from 999dice about your issue? Please kindly update it, it will help the community much.

problem, if i play there??

no problem, will probably lose money that is all
come on yolanda,of course there wil lbe a problem if there are several scam accusations against the site
and admin admitted publicly he scammed one of the customers because he thought that guy was scamming him
imagine a legitimate site doing that or at least its admin saying that in public

I used to play at 999dice and always wondered how the hell did it manage
to always find a losing bet on a streak that was supposed to be lasting 10.000 rolls on average before busting
but it was busting in under 500 bets every time
then I read about their tricky seed display practice where the server knew if you have checked the seed before the roll or not
there was a guy who was scammed for several coins, look for his topics it says it all
not playing there anymore and suggest you avoid the site like a plague

It sounds like you are among one of the lucky ones. Maybe it's time to pack your bags and start gambling somewhere else before they take your money too. Be careful!  Lips sealed

I have used the site for much larger amount of money and never had any problem.
Would be happy to hear more info , it said that you account is locked? It doesn't show any reason for the lock?
Or you just can't login to the site and you concluded that your account has been locked?

Try to reach them out via the email above, and if you couldn't, I would recommend you to message user jakem who claims to be 999dice owners:

I doubt if he will answer from that account, but you can give it a try.

I think that you shouldn't be worried as 999 dice has proved to be legit, they have been here for years.

When you played on very huge btc last time, may be the price noy even hit $5,000 so it does not matter to them, someone already claimed really huge amount on their site but in the end they got nothing as their payout. 999dice sure is a scam site yet people still played it here and now you said it legit? This is really absurd thing to say here

I guarantee that if you already ask their owner, they still do not make the payout as well

Spear the bees
hello .. yesterday I sent 999dice support for your problem.

and now i get the answer from admin 999dice.

that ''dutchland'' is a thief.

That guy is a thief. He double spends his deposits. Here are a few of his other deposits:
3A3B63D2C4D7BBF2D7D9D5FE9F3A1AE49A700EF7FD8CB80A4C435BC409DFF4D7
7014F33420784746BE660AD212CB73E4141ED9144EEEFDCBC895F1566A622576
How did the deposit address change? Do you have any legitimate proof that those are transactions related to OP? (I could not find any address linkage between the inputs)

If you've got additional proof then you should lay it down immediately. How come every time, nobody does this?

The majority of those are double-spent (I can still have the raw signed transactions)

Then he came on to threaten me because he failed on one of his double-spends and wants his money back lol.

I have actually won 0.37790614 LTC and 1965.87531968 Doge there on one account, and would be glad to provide some proof of it if you can suggest a suitable method for me to do so. I have also seen, and talked to the admin in the chat there on at least 3 separate occasions during the last 6 months.

I think that you shouldn't be worried as 999 dice has proved to be legit, they have been here for years.
The situation described by the op is worth to be worried about, but if you say there were no problems before then perhaps it is just some misunderstanding or the op's account was hacked. However, I see quite a lot of scam accusations on various websites related to this casino. Their overall reputation is not a good one. There are about 10 scam accusations of it on this forum as well. Oh, and jakem is a newbie but has neg trust already.
Op, I suggest you to speak with admins of 999dice carefully and kindly ask them to let you log in and withdraw your money. Be patient and polite, for perhaps these people are still not so bad.

OP cannot find the admin(s) of 999dice. Each trail leads to a dead end. The supposed owner of the site hasn't logged into their bitcointalk account in years. The emails he sent to support do not get a reply. There's only so many more places he can look.
exactly, there should be some point of contact to deal with this. they have no excuse.

OP in regards to the guy I contacted on Reddit, he has said he's just an affiliate and has agreed to stop promoting them until your case is resolved.

there are very slim chances for you to get your money back
the site was famous for rigging high rollers and having very suspicious "provably fair" system
I have no doubt admin would come up with some bs excuse
something like you played from an IP blacklisted in our system due to xxxx reason
so he won't pay you,or just simply ignore your requests as they are no longer worried about their reputation

I'm not sure if that would help OP that much if he was to message the supposed owner. No one has logged into that account for years. Sad
