Do you guys think there will come a bigger dip than 2-3 days ago (in a short term)?
yeah surely bitcoin will have to drop in oneday, and surely the first month of the year, every year and even every month, bitcoin drops very much, but that is normal to long term holders because bitcoin will soon recover anyway.

Yes I doubt that bigger dip will come soon, January dip is over. It was nice opportunity to buy cheaper coins, too bad I missed it

King(BTC) and Queen(ETH) is recovering so I think it is all over for this month.
with FUDs coming across the world every week still there might be chances of dips again but that there wont be any free fall like this happen again at least for a quarter.
and as usual there will be price correction that happens occasionally.

with normal market movements there is no way (0 chance) of any more drop. bitcoin is now officially on a recovery path heading back up towards the ATH. and as we get closer to the end of January the rise will start and become bigger.

but market never stays normal all the time. there is always a chance of "tides changing", but at this point there are no indications of any change and the market makers are buying bitcoin at the moment to get ready for the rally.
and at the same time the money is coming back to bitcoin from wherever it went (other markets or altcoin markets or simply out).
Well it's sounds good when a lot of people feel confident heading into a better situation, but remember you should aware that bitcoin would always volatile with its decentralized system, it might reach the new ath within a month but it could get dropped back faster than when it reaches the ath too, the crash shouldn't happened again let's hope about that.

Dip or no dip, that is always the tricky question.
Nobody can tell the future but I am simply hoping that what we have seen the last days might have been the bottom of the bitcoin price.
Many of the weak hands have folded, who ever is still here is here to stay and will not sell so easily.
That leaves the conclusion that the supply on the market might be reduced again cause it moved from weaker to stronger hands.

Most coins had huge increase in short time last year. I take this dip to be a correction. Bitcoin is up slightly today but most altcoins are up against bitcoin. Perhaps a slow and sustained recovery is best.

I believe the dip has come and gone if you miss out in the yesterday fall to take advantage to buy bitcoin I think you are going to buy bitcoin at a very high price from now on. But let not still forget the fact that bitcoin is very volatile and at that it is almost impossible for any one to say what will really happen in the future we are just predicting.

Just before xmas there was another big dip when the price went down to 11k.

Seem to remember lots of people saying it would never go that low again lol.

Oh yes, its the same people above lol.

Of course it will be cheaper in the future, if anyone tells you otherwise just smile and call the hospital, they've probably escaped.

In my opinion that is the last of the massive sell-offs. The reason I think this is that the people that usually fuel a huge sell off are those who stand to lose a lot of money and who are relatively new to trading (Most of the last 6 months are noobs getting in for the first time and usually novice traders) The first initial big sell off shook up most of the noobs. The more recent one gave those last ones who were on the fence a chance to panic sell. Usually after a few lessons and price starts returning, people have made up their minds whether to hold or sell. I expect that the panic sellers are already sold out and now we consolidate.

No. I don't think that there will be another dip coming in the next 2-3 days. On the contrary, bitcoin will recover in the next couple of days and we might see it go to $13K-$14K. We have recovered more than 10% this day alone, so its very unlikely that there is another dip coming as you portray it. It's still good to buy though today, so instead of you thinking of a dip, buy today and take the opportunity to gain long term.

I think this was one of the rare possibilities to buy bitcoin cheap. If you missed that chance to fill up you BTC stock or buy Bitcoins for the first time, you'll have to buy it expensive again.
Yes, but you can still buy bitcoin today because it is still at a discount. Its still January, buy it now and then hold for long term and I'm sure that when bitcoin goes to the moon, you can doubled your investment in just a short time.

I think bitcoin is already recovering. I don't see any big dip happening in a month. This last dip was the right time to accumulate alot of bitcoin. Those who bought during this dip will surely profit alot this coming week

That dip was really good opportunity to buy in once again. The same dip happened last June and after the dip the market cap shoot up 2-3x.

There could be a bigger dip if people aren't convinced the price will go up.  If they think the price will go up then they will buy at this price.  If they don't then they won't.  I don't think I'd buy in very much now.  Maybe a tiny amount to see what happens.

I think we need to go a little bit deeper to maybe 7,000$ and then comeback again strong. either way BTC is still king.

Look up the charts and you'll see that January is really thee bane of cryptocurrencies and had always been since 2014. The dip to $9000 is an opportunity to buy more instead of selling all, like some people whom I knew personally.  Another dip is possible, as was shown by charts exhibiting bearish traits very recently. Hoding is still a viable option for long-term holders, but if you're in it for the wild rides, this is a rare and lucky opportunity for you.

It is hard to know whether another bigger dip will come or not. If it come, then we have one more opportunity to buy BTC and altcoins cheap. But instead of waiting for another dip, I rather buy BTC now since it is still in the $10+k range.

It is good to see people are positive regarding last dip, but honestly you never can not be sure. I have watched some analysts that predict price could dip more and other ones who are positive. It is hard to predict this kind of market when it is an speculative asset. My view is that it could potentially dip but as of today we see that price is raising slowly so I am not even sure.
