Yes, this kind of market will suit only for high-risk takers and if all goes well then these investors make a lot of profit when the market turns to green. Yeah, you separated what holders and investors are. Holders are investors too but they are not going to do anything when the market is bloody but investors/traders are the ones who are advancing during this moment. They will simply buy these cheap coins so it's a sale from the crypto market. But a good and experienced holder will hold and buy at the same time.

While I agree there are bad moment in any market, the market of cryptocurrencies is not really for the faint of hearth, investors in the stock market panic if they see a 5% decrease in the value of the whole market, I remember a few years ago when it went down 7% and everyone thought it was the end if the world, but in bitcoin seeing a decrease of 10% in a single day is nothing for us but to other people that is something that makes them panic.
