I want to write up a book about what it takes to create a successful crypto in 2020, why great development is not enough and that your team needs funding, promoters, market makers, high profile exchange partners and digital marketing etc. The importance of
institutional investment and why the rich are needed to make a successful project.
Any news about the Book?or still on process because we are looking forward to have a  read if this is worth for investing strategy.
Etherium and Tron will be examples of successful projects with their own strengths. Etherium on why funding is important, Tron for it's exceptional marketing. Dash and XMR will also get mentions.
it is ETHEREUM mate and not ETHERIUM you did not mentioned XRP and LITECOIN but yeah ETH is really doing better and better as years passes by.
Gulden will be the example used as a failed project with great development and non anon innovation. It was tough finding a project that is still doing development, only listed on 2 exchanges, A low marketcap, low volume with a largish working class (poor) community and nothing else going for it.

Just wanted to find out from the bitcointalk community if a book like this would be of interest to them.
yeah it is interesting so gives some news now about the progress.

joys and sorrows of playing airdrop and crypto really many experiences such as erratic income, sometimes scam page, sometimes deceived, sometimes high to buy low to sell, once making money can be millions or billionaires, helping each other when in difficult situations, sharing together about quality tokens and exchangers, meeting together, even more that I can't mention.

Appreciate if you like it  Grin Grin Grin

There will be people who are interested in reading particularly the marketing individuals in crypto, its just that marketing this book again will prove its author to be a good marketing person. I think this will be more interesting if is not a book but an online blog instead that will be open for public to comment on it. The author may also  be making money out of it from ads.
thats right unless the main objective of this Book is to Gain profits and not to help others to make also success.there are lots of Books now online that can be read free specially something like this in which giving good learning for crypto related issues?hope OP will consider giving this for free and for open conversation about the inquiries people might ask after or while reading the book.

I can second the idea of many people contributing to a project. It will give you the opportunity to hear different opinions on the subject.

I'm interested and would like to help in selling and marketing the book.

It depends on the approach that you take for the book, if the book that you are trying to write is more like a guide for people to try to create their own successful project then that is a book that I will not be interested in reading because I do not want to create any project, but if what you want to create is a book narrating the story about those two coins and how they became successful not as a guide but just as a way to see more clearly about what the developers have to go through to make their project a success then I could be interested in that book.

He/she has made only a single post here. This forum might not be his/her cup of tea. Or was he/she discouraged by the criticisms or questions thrown at him/her? We never know. Or who knows he/she might already be very busy right now doing research and starting writing his/her book.

He asked the opinion whether writing a book will be interest to this community. I do not think that this community has any interests in books. If he had some good ideas and experiences, he could have shared with us in form of posts. And if he really want to write a book, he should write it without asking from people here.

The problem with these types of books is that the one who writes about success should at least be successful himself in that field.

If you have already launched a successful coin, token or project in your resume then write about it from the perspective of experience and authority it means your book can be taken seriously.

What is your level of involvement in crypto?
I agree with you.. it is impossible for someone who has not been successful in the crypto world to give advice or learn about tips for success in the crypto world.  I strongly support the book you intend because it will definitely help other people who are not familiar with crypto to better know what cryptocurrency is.
You forget to consider the few main factors which can change your opinion. The crypto market is almost 11 years old and for becoming the pro-crypto expert it is not necessary to have 11 years of market experience. The first book in the trading I have read was the Trading in the zone by Mark Douglas and I doubt the Op will be able to write something like that.

We do not know. OP has not presented his resume yet. This member may be a newbie in this forum but he or she may be a long-time crypto observer and adopter. Nobody ignorant enough plans to write an entire book about the stuff he or she mentioned.
That is why the OP should prepare himself/herself before creating the topic, the criticism is expected. He opened this thread and disappeared, only OP has the answers to the discussed topic.

I think this idea is very good. Write books to impart knowledge to people. But writing a book about success and failure in cryptocurrencies is not easy. The writer must be experienced, knowledgeable and involved in the field of cryptocurrency for many years.
My favorite book is: "Starting a business 4.0" by Dorie Clark. If you are interested you can find this link to read: https://images.app.goo.gl/ywKFSer11Jkfqaqr7

I think you should show your own creativity and research.  So i suggest you to search different journal and News for research. You can also take help from forum trading section where you can collect different important comments from other experts.

thanks.

Even after perfect development it is impossible to see every project to be successful. In such a way mentioned in the op if some list is generated then maximum cryptocurrency will fall under the category. Right now other than the leading cryptocurrency most were listed to very few number of exchanges for the trading purpose.
No need to be depressed, the other opportunities will be in our life one day. Writing the book related to the crypto ecosystem will increase awareness but the creator of the book should advertise this book for selling. The mass adoption will increase the popularity of crypto industry one day.

To me this seems like far too much required work (in order to do it right) for way too little a return. This requires a huge amount of research. It might be interesting for posterity and the history of this technology but right now it's a niche market.
