Hey!
Yep, everyone should undergo the KYC. Cause we need to check if the player is 18+:)

I've seen that you have a licensed that's a great start to open up a gambling website may I ask a question? about your KYC all the users should undergo to this so you would be able to check if the player is 18+?

Don’t take it as offence.
But due to this rule the site’s traffic will surely be hampered.
If you listen to me then it’s better to make it optional during the starting phase of the casino.
Many Gamblers here in the forum don’t like providing their personal data.

Moreover have you thought of some sort of promotions?
You can run a signature campaign here at forum and can attract many gamblers.

Welcome WinnersHall! I really nice your feature wherein upon opening the website you already indicated whether the player's country is allowed or not in this case player will know whether he will proceed or not. Anyways I think you should upgrade your account to Copper member so you would be able to post images and make your ANN thread attractive to possible players.

We decided to make indications in fiat just because some companies that provide slots don't work with btc,ltc and any other crypto. So we decided to make indications in fiat:)

avikz is right. I have played on several Curacao licensed platforms myself and have not been asked for KYC. In my opinion, you should only require KYC if you suspect that some players are using multiple accounts or are accessing the casino from restricted locations.

I think the site looks very nice. Nice and dark colors without too many unnecessary details in the back.
It look like your focus is mostly on fiat and not on crypto. The jackpot amounts and bonus info is indicated in fiat values. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but crypto gamblers might want to know what kind of bonuses they will in bitcoin, not $ or €.

I was also curious on this fiat indication that are lately being introduced on the gambling sites but now I know why , thanks for the brief explanation winnershall .

I agree pmalek . I experience that difficulty before when I first started playing on Roobet . I realised that it was hard to bet if the indications are all fiat because I was been a crypto gambler for a long time and I'm more familiar with crypto units .  If possible ,they can add indications on both crypto and fiat

About the KYC? was it mandatory or not? I think if it's mandatory this would be a huge advantage to your casino most of the gambling websites here have a curacao license too but only few of them asked for KYC and those instances are rare like winning a huge jackpot and the likes.

There are different rollovers for each bonus. You can check them when you take a particular bonus
About increasing our bonuses, thx. We'll think about it;)

Is your rollover requirement 25x for all welcome bonuses?
Consider increasing your bonus amounts. Most crypto casinos have bonuses of 1-5 BTC.

It's a good thing that your casino allows players to contact customer support without registering an account first or being logged in. Although that should be a standard thing, some casinos unfortunately don't have that option.

Hi!
Thx for everything you told:)
We already have copper membership, just decided not to post any pictures for now.

Very cool website. You can compete with chip.gg and duelbits in terms of games you offered. Your license is a plus but the main thing what I like on this casino was simple design with a lot of cool game. Surely I will add this casino to my list. I usually hopping on different new casino to try there games. I hope that you will not gonna freeze random account and required KYC.

Suggestion: you can buy copper membership so that you can post images for your thread. Honestly, I thought that this casino is some shitty casino judging the way they create there ANN there. Good thing that I visit there website.  Grin

Best of luck!

Welcome to the forum! I see that you are using a newbie account, that would surely come with limitations.
For that I suggest that you upgrade your account to copper member so you could different features such as attaching images.
ANN thread must be designed in a way to encourage more players since among your target audience are the forum members.

Yep, everyone should undergo the KYC. Cause we need to check if the player is 18+:)

If KYC is something mandatory then your casino is not for all crypto enthusiasts.
Many crypto gambles still prefer to skip casino where KYC is mandatory especially gamblers from this forum.
You need to consider to change the rules of the KYC if you want to get players from this forum, otherwise members here will stay on their own favorite sites where KYC is not mandatory.
Just my opinion and welcome to the bitcointalk forum.

Probably that's a downside of having a online gambling license! While keeping the the minors from any kind of gambling is necessary but having a KYC system, also doesn't make a crypto casino attractive to all type of crypto gamblers!

To OP,

I see your website is registered under standard Curacao Gaming license. There are many crypto casinos available in bitcointalk, who are having the same licensing but don't enforce KYC in general. So I don't think it is a compliance requirement. I would request you to have a re-look at it if possible, enforce KYC on case to case basis!

I also agree with what he said. Your title speaks that it's for everyone who's a crypto enthusiast but as you know, not everyone is good with kyc.

It should be anonymous and decentralization is still applied.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
The platform is very up-to-date, I like that they have the option to try the games in free mode and they also have the mode in the form of real money, it would be good if they attracted a little more attention, it is good that you consider changing the KYC requirements As they have told you and that you could launch more publicity, today there are many casinos with great promotions, players will always prefer the best promotions and therefore will take more customers.

To attract user interest, use images on your post. Brandnew and newbie aren't allowed to posting images, better for you buy Paid memberships. You also aren't allowed to posting a URL with a referral link, you must edit and remove the referral code in your link post if you don't want your thread to be deleted.

If the user deposit using skrill can he withdraw using Bitcoin?. and how long to take into wallet?.

6.1. Why do I need to verify my account?

When you sign up for a new account we check that you are over 18 and we verify that you are who you say you are, (a process called Know Your Customer ‘KYC’). It’s part and parcel of gambling responsibly, and something that the law requires us to do.

6.2. What do I need to provide?

To verify your age we will accept one of the following documents:

Passport (recommended)
Driving license
National ID Card
Birth Certificate (verification takes up to 24 hours)
Payment card (note that first 6 and last 4 digits should be visible and CVV should be hidden).
Card data shall not be collected and stored by Us without PCI DSS.

To verify your identity (KYC) we may need additional documents which could also include:

Signed Credit Agreement
Utility Bill (less than 6 months old)
Bank Statement (less than 6 months old)
Make sure your documents are in acceptable condition.
