A lot of hacks can be mitigated by having users understand online security, good passwords (As complex as possible), most importantly 2FA which should be a prerequisite during registration! But I think to eliminate hacks completely from the space, DEX(Decentralized exchanges) have got to be considered and improved upon since they offer greater security then CEX(Centralized Exchanges). The drawbacks of DEX however is low liquidity and the lack of ease of FIAT integration!. I believe for the issue of liquidity, BINANCE will get that right on its DEX, now how they can integrate FIAT successfully is what must be looked at now. So DEX will drastically reduce hacks.
If people would use more cold wallets (Ledger Nano S, Trezor etc) instead of keeping their funds online on Exhanges hackers would be discouraged to perform so often attacks.
It's sad that people prefer less secure nethods just because they are free, then they come crying on forums that their tokens got stolen. A Ledger Nano is ~100$, is not a fortune and it help you to sleep better knowing that your coins are safe.

You should always double-check the URLs of the site you will visit to avoid phishing and hack attacks. A lot of the mistakes happened because of unscropolous sites and cost them their investment and money. Better use only your own laptop, or PC and never open your account on a computer shop.
its been half of 2018 and we have seen a lot hacks issue in crypto industry, exchanges, pools, traders everybody is being affected by this hacks.
what is the solution as i see hackers will not leave this chance as this industry is still in development mode( early stage).

There are two solutions that prevent you from hackers and lose money. You should not put all your money on a trading floor, even though it's the biggest trading platform. You should only send in a Ledger Nano S purse and hold it for a long time. Yeah, it's one of the severe problems in cryptocurrency and for its investor. Hackers generally focus on hacking private keys/ seeds to take away investors money what they stored somewhere to exchange their money. To prevent and to be free from this dangerous hacker investors need to have good knowledge of surfing carefully different types of unknown websites. Not to store their private wallets and keys in several storages instead of storing in the computer drive or mobile phone they may store it on the paper in writing. That is how they prevent and can be free from hackers.
A lot of people have said and experience hacking, one way or the other. It just comes with a virus, and you will never know that it hit you already.

I think the solution is you need to educate yourself first so that you can create your own strategy on which the hacker hard to get it and also it helps you to avoid those malicious links that the hackers used to steal the informations of your different account. Hackers will not stop, just because money is a tentative target for them. So, any engine involving cryptos will always be a target for hackers, online wallets, exchangers, casinos, etc. Each one should look for their own security, for you as bitcoin user there are some ways to manage your bitcoins by the secure way, but when we talk about security of a online system things are more complex.
The good news is there are lot of White hat hackers searching for those vulns and helping to fix them before the bad guys found them and exploit those vulns.
Don't trust centrlalized institutions, that's the only way. Nobody is going to hack the blockchain itself, and yet people still go to centralized exchanges, casinos and everything. Definitely need grow into the decentralized economy and protect ourselves from the risk of these hacks. Too bad it's not going to happen any time soon and DEX are considered worthless right now.

It is not that the hacks are always due to carelessness of users only. You need to understand that the security of a system or project is also designed by a human being, If there is a smarter guy more efficient in same filed, he can easily hack such sites or system.
One of the ways I reduce the risk by using different exchanges and dividing funds in between them.

You can only be responsible for your own security. Everyone needs to take their own precautions with their own coins, but you also need to do your own research on the companies you trust with your money. Obviously you're always going to need a little faith in things like exchanges but you can minimize the risks by either just choosing legitimate ones who themselves are insured or have proven top notch security practices but also only keeping minimal amounts of funds on them and just when you need to use it. Those two things alone can minimize any potential loses.
Good ways to use hardware wallet and used 2FA security in your wallet, don't click unknown mail and anyone false Link.its some ways will give you good safety,so try to understand and keep claim hard security.
