Only if the huge number of projects which stated how they are going to change the world really continued with that mindset, by now the crypto space would have gone further ahead than what we have today. Many always say what they will do, how they will beat existing platforms and what not but yet they are already gone to oblivion. If you really believe in the project, advice the team to work hard on their goals and objectives and ensure they bring it to fruition as that is the only thing that matters.
u r right,the team is a small team by now ,and people usually do not care how hard they r working for the project,
they only cares the PRICE of the coin/token,
but the develop team do not cares the price, they all are do this ETX project with their part time,usually spent 5 or more hours on it in one day.
and this is why this coin started with No premine and No ixo .if failed,they just back to work.if success, may bring some change to the cryptocurrency world.

right，It is forked from Ethereum's code,It is just testing the feasibility of DPos+POW economy ,
and it will move to DPOSs gradually with more POS' profit and less miners' profit.maybe will start at the 4th/5th year,before that time,IT's always 50% for miner,40% for nodes,10% for foundation.
and about listing,the foundation decided to list on vindax this month for some miners' trade.

I agree with other statements, these functionalities are already in place or being used with other platforms and regarding your answer about Government work, does any country have some license for this or like approval that this can be used? Better, to give better insights and maybe, what do you think is the difference that this project can do?
It uses the main chain and the side chain to protect its savety and efficiency,in the future ,the etx will produce a side chain on the second side chain
In a word,the tps will be no limited,because there r infinited sidechains on the ETX blockchain network.
That used to protect the main chain was the miners who are mining and running the main chain. How can you say that when side chain has a big problem vulnerability?

Although many new projects always say good things about their project or have good ideas but when it come to developing the idea into real products and services the issue of negligence comes in, nevertheless, I think there can always be an exemption. Your team can change status quo if they stick to their development and roadmap, because in the crypto space, starting a project, bringing out the working products and continuing improvement is some of the steps that make a project valuable; hope your team will followup till the end.

our main net is just launched by 7.4.2020,so we r completing the product now,for example,the wallet ,the pool,the explorer,because this is a No premine & No IXO project,so there is too much things for this team.

Q2:Could be used at goverment's work,medical work,and gambling industry.
Most of the new tokens say the same thing. Ethereum is already used like this, bitcoin is already used for these industries. I don't get it though there are already existing coins that we can use to support it and use it for those cases.I know if there are flaws seen, you're likely to make your one and improve it. But in the end, you're likely to continue and challenges will do come to you. It's hard to determine what are the legit projects today because of the other existing new scam tokens.
