You can try crex24, DeepOnion and Privcy have been listed in this exchange. As far as I know fee is nearly 0.10 BTC or so. Or you can try some community voting exchange.
Im just new to this space and I want to know a few things. Where do you list a good coin whose team had distributed almost fully by AIRDROPS and BOUNTIES? Is there some exchange listing with good volume willing to list NEW COINS for free or with minimal fees? Can someone help me on this.

I thought that almost all of good coins already distributed what they have already promised to the bounty participants. DEX will be only answered for your second question and this time any listing on various exchange sites need fees. Thanks in advance mentors.

airdrop and bounty is a way to spread the word about the project,, and most of good project will distributed all their coins that alocated to the bounty and airdrop participants

ANd for the "good coin" part, one project/coin looks good to me, but i dont know if it looks good as well to most people here in the crypto space.
To distinguish between good and bad, you have to pay attention to more than a few aspects. Buying in the right place and choosing a suitable currency should also be a big issue.and 😉 good luck
