Services is where you should post it as it is the best suited for the type of thread you posted. As you can see from other post, it is true that trust is important when you offer a service and that's what will help you have a good reputation and having good reputation means that they trust you to do what they want. When that happen then both sides have benefited in it and you will have more clients in the future.

So you want to provide your promotional services related to the crypto market, i do liked your idea yes you can even get some clients from this forum as well but you need to provide proper details about your service and other details on the clients demands. For the proper lunch of your service you should create an ANN thread in the service section in marketplace.

The service board is the right place for you to advertise your service. That's if you want to get paid on BTC and USD.

But for other altcoins payment services, your service will be best advertise on the Altcoins service discussion board
