What is activity?
  • Increase activity by staying logged in OR posting.

I believe logging in your account won't do the job. The only way to increase the "time" is to make a post in the period.

time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration

Good call, I've corrected the OP.  Logging in does nothing for activity, you are correct about increasing "time".

Also, accidentally edited your post first instead of quoting it!

Ok, I have one question. I see that one of the forum rule is "NO REFERRAL LINKS", Is It true really? Because I often see referral links posted by other member in all kind of forum sections?

You can put them in your signature and provide them when people ask for links, but you can't start threads just to post them or spam your referral all over. If someone asks for a good betting site, I think it's ok to use it then, but all over times; no.

^^^ Pretty much this! ^^^

The only time it's really acceptable to post referral links is if someone is asking for a website recommendation.

Ok, so this one is unacceptable i guess? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--609108

Not only it has a referral link, that thread also is in wrong section (gambling) and that person got negative trust for being a scammer lol.

EDIT: That thread has been removed by a mod now. Smiley

I dont get it. what does the “time” mean? hour? or day?

Time for activity means days, you get 14 "timepoints" every 14 days.

Waittime for posts is given in seconds.

I like it OP, adding this to the bottom of my sticky.

lol, I am surprised to see tysat here Smiley

Of course I'm here! Grin

How else could I moderate this section?  Though it definitely requires a lot less now that people can go straight to the alt-coin section.
