do not get fussy about free money, it is a 30 seconds survey and they are giving out free money, they may need to examine the survey first and he wont risk his site's reputation to scam a merely 0.005 x 100 = 0.5 btc for a survey, give it some more time
Free money? This wasn't a giveaway and anyways, the OP has promised to give a token to complete the survey so why shouldn't anyone ask about their payment? I don't find it wrong or being fussy out here.
Even I asked for my payment as I dint do it for free. If one has offered a bounty for completing a task, it's his/her responsibility to pay the members else just write in the title "COMPLETE THIS FREE SURVEY".
