1. Remove the signature of all forum users.
Already ruled out by theymos:

I have mostly ruled out:

 - Removing signatures or sig ads globally.

2. Delete the Marketplace (Altcoins) section (including all subboards).
Those aren't the only "Alternate cryptocurrencies boards & subs" that contribute to the ongoing spam, on this forum.
- In order to have a significant impact, you have to include all of the other boards in "Alternate cryptocurrencies (with the exception of few threads)" + their local counterpart sub-boards.

I trusted the Bitcointalk bounty program,
Why? None of those are created by officials...

but I saw many fraudulent ICOs even in the btt.
AFAIK, 99% of "ICOs" are fake/scams.

Ironically enough, the OP bought copper membership to wear signature.
And is campaigning for it to be cancelled.

2. Delete the Marketplace (Altcoins) section (including all subboards).

Stricter moderation can help with the spam in that section.

Bitcoin Talk needs to bifurcate. Send the altcoins, bounty, ICO and the spammers down one fork, and let Bitcoin and crypto enthusiasts have the other.

I trusted the Bitcointalk bounty program, but I saw many fraudulent ICOs even in the btt.
Do you think you should continue to use threads that encourage such fraud?

That's because they aren't moderated, and likely will never be. This place is ran in such a way that the community takes care of community issues, while moderators and admins only address forum-specific issues. This is good in my opinion, because it decentralizes influence between users and moderators. The community basically decides which way it's going, and there's no gatekeeping.

It's all up to the people involved to practice due diligence on whatever they may want to involve themselves in.

Sound so bitter if youre a victim of those ICO campaign. Not paid right I assume? Probably! I think the problem in forum are lack of moderators to punish those spammer. We know there are some who hunt and banned them but not enough as I can see. But the merit requirement for Junior member is bold move and nice decision for the forum.

The thing is, there is no way to know to be completely 100% sure if a certain bounty campaign will actually pay their users or not. A project can simply have a great whitepaper and simply not deliver in the end. The only 100% sure-fire way to know is after the campaign, if they will actually send the coins/tokens or not. Not to mention that the bounty applicants should do their research in the first place on the projects, to lessen the chances of them getting duped.

a surefire way to reduce shit posts

1. Remove the signature of all forum users.
2. Delete the Marketplace (Altcoins) section (including all subboards).

Clearly, we will reduce shit posts and spams, and Only users for bitcointalk will be left in this forum.
But perhaps it will not enforce this policy. You'll know the reason even if I don't tell you.

i agrer that will reduce shitpost, but there's no way that they will remove that post, first is that there are a lot of good legit threads there and second the investor based games is not yet removed the thread is full of frauds so your suggestion is imposible
