Since the data shows that a lot of time are invested in fishing as a recreational activity, it does seem like a good project to begin with. But it has some cracks too, that is there no proof of the data that has been provided here, no links whatsoever.
This does sound like a promising project of they get their strategy right. At the same time, it would have been better if there were links to justify or back up the data mentioned in the post, to vouch for its validity.
