Hello,

I am a newbie, but I really read a lot about the Cryptos.. After all I read, it seems to me that all of this does have a future.
The current financial system does not work, this is evident. I think that we need a change and Crypto currencies are very interesting.
Of course this is just a beginning and there are many flaws to every alt out there, even Bitcoin, but progress must continue.

In my opinion it will survive at most 5 of all these alt currencies.. Maybe less, but 5 at most have a future. Which are those, the future will tell. Bitcoin is one of them surely, but market is huge just for Bitcoin. Bitcoin will need help so people keep investing in your favorites.

I hope one of those will be Quark and this is my favorite. Nxt coin also seems interesting, but you can not buy it at any exchange platform at the moment since it is brand new.

Also, give me a break about all those scam-premined accusations about the Quark. Every coin has a problem like that and Bitcoin has the same problem as we speak. Even if this problem exist in which I am not sure of, market will absorb all these whales and coin will continue to grow in value.

It amazes me how many accounts 1-2 days old come here , saying wow quarks is the thing , trying to ridicule the pre-scam accusation  , and after 3 days , to future posts , account is offline.
Also , their post follow the same pattern  , even the threads order

You get this with every alt coin. They usually slag off others for completely baseless reasons or on sheer conjecture and misinformation. Always love it when they call coins clones and "pre-mines" when usually that's exactly what there's is. It's just newbs jumping onto a coin early in the hope that they can become millionaires cos they're jelly they missed out on BTC and LTC.

Have you ever been called an Asic Communist by those shills before?
Cause I see you have the same points as me in those threads.

Haha, no, but I did get called a crypto-fascist and a Feathercoin Socialist haha jokes. 'Asic Communist' is hilarious  Grin.

It's time for the people other than the morons to buy them now, as the prices are really low Smiley  Come on people, let the altcoin market flourish! A simple increase of the value will give the people hope and let the market flourish even more!

Can't you see by now that the price of the alt coins is pegged with bitcoins. People will start buying again when and if bitcoin starts climbing again.

What do you think of Bill Still's analysis of the big drop yesterday?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ujl9QepFeXE

I like Bill's analysis of money and the creation of the Fed, and he had always seemed to be level headed and informed to me. But here he seems oblivious to the news out of China. (That news, by the way, seems like a very good thing for Bitcoin, but I don't think Americans read it that way.) Anyway, is Bill becoming too much a fan of the cryptos to do objective analysis? Has anyone seen independent analysis that supports his claim that big banks manipulated the price lower?

Has anyone noticed any trends in altcoin values as a result of the big drop yesterday and today? Often these huge corrections in markets shake out the weaker players, the pretenders, those with weak fundamentals. I'm looking to see if particular altcoins have dropped a lot, or if some seem really strong.

They all took an almost equal hit because of morons panic selling: http://coinmarketcap.com/

They're all down between 30-50%. Ironically, Stablecoin remained stable.

Ripple credits, aka XRP or ripples, are the Ripple network's internal, or native, currency.

what do you think about ripple?
I think this is a different approach, isn't it?
As I know is not possible to mine ripple but only buy it....

Dude, we're the classifiers.  That's what we do.

First Gen: Bitcoin
Second Gen: Litecoin, Feathercoin, Namecoin, Peercoin, Worldcoin, bitcoin clones that learned the lessons taught by Bitcoins
Third Gen: latest proposed altcoins that have learned the lessons of those crypto's on the exchanges right now

Ok just wanted to make sure that this is something that came out of your mind and i shouldn't use it whatsoever.

It is always a question of how long it will take to stabilize them.  The problem is that no altcoin offers a mechanism to maintain stability, and few third generation cryptocoin creators seem interested in creating stability.

What is the third generation cryptocoins. Do you have any link on how alt coins are classified on generations or is it something that you made up?

What is XRP ?

One of alt coins. I just got from sexcoin faucet dropping from 15 to 6.9 coins.

SXC: S3hEgFoHuQHfgo1mg5Frs5T5w9oMp8LPkw

There's a sexcoin now? Shocked

Hehe yea and they act out like they are rich already. I mean, I like the idea. Might not work all the way but might can have potential.

You got a link to its thread? What's it selling point and why is it called Sexcoin?

Here is main thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-sexcoin-coin-for-adult-industry-218158

And their cheap-ass faucet: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annsxc-new-sexcoin-faucet-down-for-nowwill-reopen-later-today-314466

At least they have it. Seems like only one coin with steady faucets is Bitcoin. I mean can't everyone mine or buy.

Might have potential, like any other alt-coin with a cute name but most of them act like Bitcoin hit million and they are chosen to follow.

So what adult sites can you spend it on?

I don't know man, its on thread somewhere. Im looking into it as idea but I doubt it will pass few sites they are already on, same will be for many other coins. Its a market-thing so hope that Bitcoin make it and let see other coins fight for us not the other way around.

Just seems like they tried to find a crappy niche. If any sex sites start taking cryptos; it'll probably be BTC.

Crypto-currencies or alternative currencies are certainly a future as internet concerned its just a question will that be years or decades from now. Good night.
