A simple question, does anyone here s got any working crypto debit card besides Bitpay for US residents? Is there anything which works in Europe and the fees are not going to make me cry?

Once more, I d like to hear experience of people who have the card working ATM, not that preorder stuff.

Thx

I have never heard such crypto debit card, But if its really exist then it would be good and secure for us. We can access our coins without login into our wallets. But the thing which makes me more worried is its fee. I believe they applied highly fee while cash out. I would like to use this debit card but only if this problem get solved in future.

If there was an opportunity to have a crypto debit card, I would love to own that because I won't risk myself storing cryptocurrency online. Because of that I would be able to have confidence on my holding to be safe rather than vulnerable of being stolen. But for now it remains a dream for all of us now, and yet most of developing countries wasn't accepting cryptocurrency due to mis information and negative perceptions.

As an alternative you can try Mistertango. They only charge 20EUR for every 1kEUR withdrawn and daily ATM limit is 1000EUR.

I agree that Mistertango is probably the best option for people that reside in Europe.
However, they also charge for BTC top-ups (if I recall it correctly, they charge 0.0025 BTC for
every top-up). This makes Mistertango unfeasible for small amounts.

Yes, if you dig really deep into their help center you'll find it. But why should one do any kind of research? It should be mentioned on this card order page: https://wirexapp.com/card/  if it's not there it means they have a reason to hide it otherwise nobody would ever want to order their card....   Angry

Wanted to share a short review of a new Wirex debit card. Due to my previous poor experience with Wirex (7-8 out of 10 card loads failed or took a REEEEAALLY LONG time and/or opening multiple tickets with them receiving only incoherent mumbling about some mysterious planned maintenance with no advance notice) I was expecting some kind of catch but I wasn't expecting something like this: max ATM withdrawal daily limit is....  250EUR! After checking my account I found that I was charged ~10EUR in fees! So it means to withdraw 1kEUR you'll have to pay ~40EUR in fees! What a RIPOFF! This is without taking into account their fake exchange rate and card maintenance monthly fees! The most interesting fact is that I wasn't able to find these fees and ATM daily limits on their website. So this card is completely unusable for me and my needs. Perhaps if you're planning to use it to pay in shops, restaurants etc it will be ok for you but the POS fees are also missing from their website.... so beware!  Angry

You should really learn to research a little for the info.
The limit is indeed 250 EUR/day, as I've found out here.
The fees are indeed big, but they are written down. If you are in Europe, you pay 2.25 EUR + 3%, which for your example is 9.75 EUR.
Their "fake exchange rate" gives them some 2-3% also, from what I've checked last year.

All in all, their fees used to be indeed far from small, but not really bigger than others'. I think that now they have an extra 3% at ATM withdrawal, but they have virtually no competition... Maybe when real competition will come up they'll reduce the fees, until then I guess not. All in all they try to make you (us) to use the cards in shops - they even promised some returns from that. I can bet that those values will be very small, but still...

Take a look at Paycent card: https://paycent.com/
Their card cost $140, even though it is cheaper than Wagecan it is still a large amount.
Especially considering that Wirex has started to relaunch their service in Europe and will expand further.
If they priced it cheaper I would order it asap, but I'm not sure with $140.

Also, no mention of KYC on their website, is it possible to use their card without KYC?

One off fee is for four years, no additional maintenance fees. I don't know for how long is Wagecan valid. Fiat to crypto, and vice versa 1.5%.

KYC is necessary for the card, I passed mine within few working days.

Take a look at Paycent card: https://paycent.com/

They are the only project currently which starts delivering their card. Their card comes under MasterCard card brand so it will be possible to use all PoS and ATM in the network worldwide. The delivery started today (30th April).

Worldwide coverage expect for few sanctioned countries.

Their mobile wallet app is live and supports BTC, ETH, LTC and very soon Dash, and native PYN token.

I’ve passed KYC and now I’m waiting for the delivery. Will let you now when I use it, but till then you can watch their CEO using it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQ0SJVpDPVk

Please tell us more. Is this for UK? Have you loaded it yet? Is it instant or the same as before with waiting times? You still use the same page as before with their old card? Did you get an IBAN like they promised?
L.E. Nevermind, forgot to read VIRTUAL, sorry

Is there anything which works in Europe and the fees are not going to make me cry?

I have just became the proud owner of a brand new virtual VISA card from Wirex.
Preev tells 6959 USD/BTC, Wirex tells 6889 USD/BTC, it's not that bad (well, preev already makes me cry tbh, but that's another story)

Hi Ljubomir!

Last week we received a new communication from WaveCrest.

Due to a change in their Operating Permissions, WaveCrest has taken the step of closing all of its Visa prepaid cards with immediate effect.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

Best,
The SatoshiTango Team

wow, there still was a working wavecrest?

Well, i habe a viabuy card since Year Button habe mit usd iTunes a whole. Aso i Haven logged in again, i saw thats thy habe Added bitcoin Aso funding Option. Unfortunately thy Limits stehen pretty low, i was ablr to load only 900€ via BTC for 1 month.

A few minutes ago I have ordered a card from satoshitango.com, will report as soon as I have any update.

Some said that epayments.com is working but my verification won't get through

Hey
Do you know what is the company issuing the card for SatoshiTango? I didn't see it mentioned on the website and I tried to read the Terms and Conditions but it's in Spanish or Portuguese, I am not able to find something even with a translator. It will be helpful if you can give us your opinion once you used it

I suggested ViaBuy sometime ago but a member pointed me to their Trustpilot page which had several complaints. Did you get a problem with since you have it?

SatoshiTango is issued by WaveCrest, so its down for the moment!

Right now you as far as i know you have:

ePayments - Issued by themselves (Load via BTC,ETH,LTC,BTG,BCC) *the money is automatically converted into fiat, cant have wallet in crypto, great app for mobile, and low-fees
uPayCard - Issued by PSI-Pay ltd (Load via BTC or ETH) *allows you to have the money in their e-wallet with crypto, but delays on balance update and mid-fees
Mistertango - Issued by Wirecard (Load via BTC only) *the money is automatically converted into fiat if you use their BTC adress, optionally you can use their own exchange and convert into fiat when you desire, good app for mobile, fees too high for low volume top-up of the card!

I have all the 3 and right now im using more the epayments because of the low-fees on small top-ups of the card!

if you need anything, just ask!

For e-payments, can you use the virtual Card in Amazon and Ebay online stores?

and for Physical card, is it accepted in all countries ?

Its working in the EU/EEA! Didnt test it outside! Already have done payments on ebay and amazon aswell!

Im afraid not! All the cards i´ve mentioned need to be veryfied with photo id/email/phone number/utility bill!
