I have read some people saying they use metamask to make some trades and then they move it further to a (cold?) Hardware wallet as otherwise they need to accept the risk. Why is it?
As I am about to make my move I would love to know why people say it is better not to keep your values on it while we need to if we would like to use the lending feature of ethlend ...

The hardware wallet is used to sign transactions, so you need to have it plugged into your local computer. Although it is technically online when you transfer funds, there is a pin process you go through to log in. Metamask and your Harware wallet/MEW account would share an address if that's how you linked them. Also, metamask has API in place for direct connections to hardware wallets, they just haven't implemented them... Maybe with the new update?

Hello ETHLend believers,

Our aim is to add value to the whole crypto community by giving the best user experience to analyse cryptocurrencies.

It would be really great help from your side if you can spend 60 seconds of your time and give us your valuable feedback for our two recent updates 1) Snapshot and 2) Colourful
interface of ETHLend at: https://cointopper.com/coin/ethlend

Constructive criticisms are always welcome at CoinTopper.  Thank you!!

Would be great to have a partnership with a decentralized exchange (like a 0x relayer) who would offer margin trading on its own platform, automatically creating loans on ETHLend. It would bring more loan requests to the platform.

Wait... What?
The price is worse. And do you think that this is the bottom and further growth awaits us? Strongly in this doubt. It is more likely that the platform will close at any moment and the coin will die.

Why? I thought you've left long time ago. You're never a believer of this token, anyway. So why bother coming back and sounding like you've supporting them and decided to give up?

This is the end of the coin. Farewell, once a promising coin ...

This is investor's mistake to invest based on imaginary expectation from any project to make him rich over the night. Large majority expect just uptrend in price before investing in any project without taking in consideration second thought that drop can happen too. I have personally seem people talking just about profit and here they make mistake and the say words about any project. They are building platform in small steps which still needs time.

I worry because if I experience this issue when processing the installment payment, who will liable if the network does not accept my transactions? I still have 1 more day to pay the installment but network does not allow me

it just dont cancel the old transaction, it rejects the new transaction not the new one

Different experience to what I’ve seen/advised in past so possibly something strange happening with your MM
Maybe try restoring the MM wallet on a new browser?

Wait... What?
If you want to keep in touch with the development of ETHLend better follow us here and on our blog than some outside source.

Umm...here where? You didn't attach any link to any site or channel. If you mean this thread, it is true that community still attend to this thread and help answering questions that they have the knowledge of. But if new members would like to know more and be in touch with the team, I would suggest to join their telegram as the team is extremely active there and will always attend to every member's post

Yes, some of these are actually done such as the discounts and also in terms of discounts, they are not actually 25%, instead 50% when LEND is used as collateral and 100% when LEND is used a currency. Also penalties are already implemented. I recommend to follow our blog for any updates and the development process, since there is lot of things we have added or are adding as an addition outside the roadmap.

Is it possible to give Lend token utility to automatically fill any loan that accepts Eth as collateral? Automatically switching Lend into eth or peg it somehow to Fund a loan
Same thing once btc lending is out
I think this would completely round up Lend platform and the only way to give Lend the real unmistaken use scenario
Lend should have Joker card role on the platform

ETHLend is a decentralized application that enables the use of digital assets as security to receive other digital assets securely and securely using smart contract technology . 15,000 ETH Zurich loans were granted for the first time in a few months .

Decentralization of such a process as lending provides better security and trust. Decentralization does not require that any third party, such as banks, oversee the deal with the loan.

Unfortunately, ironically ETHLend is actually more advanced from the idea you state. One of their goal is the trust-less loaning, where even someone who doesn't know some other else (thus, not knowing him at all and couldn't be possibly trust him with some fund) can still lending without worry as they have reputation history.
I must have put my thoughts a little wrong. Your wording has very clearly described everything, thanks for the explanation! Wink
