Prospect of game industry

According to statistics in 2016, the output value of global game industry exceeded 100 billion US dollars for the first time, surpassing the sum of movie and music industries. It is estimated that by 2020, the output value of global game industry will reach to 129 billion US dollars. Mobile games will account for 51% of the industry share, surpassing the output value of traditional gaming platforms such as PC games and video game consoles. In 2016, Chinese game players reached to 600 million. At the same time surpassing America’s 24.1 billion dollars, Chinese market size reached to 24.6 billion dollars and became the top 1. Asia Pacific accounted for 46% of the global game market, North America and Europe accounted for 24% respectively. Among them, 93% of Chinese game players' spending went to games that developed by Chinese game development companies, 56% of the American game players spent their money on American games and 36% of European game players spent on European games.

The goal of AS-Chain is to establish a unified value-added global virtual asset for game entertainment consumption. Through distributed general ledgers applications of blockchain, AS-Chain takes both asset and non-financial applications, and extract several common interconnected -service models from the selected games and entertainment consumption scenarios, and then realize the real value anchoring of the virtual assets in global game industry by respectively using the agreement / architecture level and application level of the basic account. Besides that, in the process of applying, AS-Chain can also reversely realize the hard link between actual consumption scenarios and entertainment virtual scenarios in the games, and endow this   value with a higher value-added attribute.
