There needs to be a bullrun for the ICOs of today to survive, otherwise they will die slowly and cease to exist eventually.
I would say ICOs are here to stay. Though many scam ICOs has emerged, there are still great ones that has every intention to improve our current system.

Just look in the history 50-100 years back. There was the same story with paper shares. the same ratio between scams and reliable projects.and my question is what do you think of the future of the ICO?

It doesn't matter in which form shares( or promissory notes, or other assets) are issued, either on paper or like a crypto token. The form of shares doesn't protect you from a scam, you should take care yourself.
I believe that cryptocurrency is just the next wave of money evolution. It will replace fiat money in future, and all attributes of the existing financial system will be changed too. So ICO should replace completely the existing now IPO(paper shares). That is a future.
There still some good ICOs actually, but there are also many scams. It's not an easy thing to analyze that, we have to be very careful. I think ICO will always exist in the future, I just hope there will be any filters or rules so we can analyze whether the ICO is a scam or not easier.
ICO will survive till we can find good project and investors have faith in good projects. But those days we see decline in good projects. But market condition also make impact in ICO. Have to see how ICO perform in 2019

I believe that ICO has a future. The most important thing is to find a way to get rid of the scam. I think it’s impossible to get rid of them completely, but at least reduce their number.

Replaced by IPO? IPO has been existing and it is just a name for public offering which is similar to ICO in reality, except that ICO is opened to the whole world and in this case, it is digital. The thing I see happening in the long run, just like we have with IPO is to get to see the ICO space regulated. That is the future of ICO that I see, but nothing will stop it from still being an ICO anyway since in this case, you are offering your coin with a product at an initial price for investment purpose. Fraudulent activities have only been a thing because the space is not regulated.ico projects will always be there as long as crypto is still traded, however innovation is the result of comparing bitcoin even though it is not uncommon for ico to be truly far from technology.
Not only as long as crypto is traded, but as long as new innovations and ideas keep popping up and as long as the ICO space is still in existence. The idea of ICO is to generate funds for a project to be able to push the product out there easily which is the reason we do due diligence before investing anyway, but in the long run, based on the fact that scam has been present for a while, I see a situation in which ICOs will become a highly regulated environment which depending on how that would come by is how we are going to get to see it in the future.
Yes there are too many scamy icos. But not every ico is scam. There are too many beautiful and promising project. Only important thing is you need to find these coins. Maybe you can see 150 icos but only 10 of them will be succesful. Because of that you need to choose right one for your investments.
I think icos will continue like that. Because that is huge opportunity to developers and new technological inventions. We are provide funding to these guys and they can make miracles with that money.

It is sad to say that the condition of the ICOs were very bad and most of the projects have been postponed because of bull run so we can't say anything about the future of the ICOs for now maybe if the bull run comes everything can change in a matter of time so hoping that run will begin soon. and my question is what do you think of the future of the ICO?

I think it's fine as people will learn how to choose wiser in ICOs. ICOs got a bad reputation because a lot of them were scams or money grabs projects and even useless projects. It's still good but not as good as before.
I think ICO projects will evolve and evolve in the future. Since 2017, the cryptocurrency market has seen dramatic changes in the organization of tokensails designed to raise capital for startups. Investor demand for such a placement of funds even with all the limitations and difficulties suggests that the speculative market is switching to long-term investments.
now i can see there are many ICOs scam, in my opinion before you join the ICOs,you should find out carefully about this, find out the community, the project that they selll, the white paper, the team of project, so then if they good you can join if not, forget them immediately.

So far there is no single tool to combat fraudsters. It is sad. It is worth choosing projects for advertising and investments. If it were so easy, investors would not be able to capitalize on this market. I would hope that the year 2019 will be positive for the entire cryptocurrency market.
There are so many ICO swindling at present. Because the cost of fraud is very low. And it can make quick profits. This has a huge impact on people who invest in ICO. Now people's mindset has changed. People dare not invest in ICO anymore. I think introducing ICO into regulation. Maybe it can avoid fraud.

I got dual thoughts on this topic - ICOs can become just a part of history soon because those companies(teams) who provided ICO right in time collected money from the crowd while huge investors were afraid to invest in such unstable asset and now ICOs can transform to startups supported by business-angels only, not by crowd; on the other hand - maybe crypto is like dotcom story - now everyone uses internet. But in this case I don't know how developers will monetize it, but they will definitely do even if I don't know how and my question is what do you think of the future of the ICO?

It is impossible to say that something unambiguous, as ICO became very popular and now investors are few because of the decline of the cryptocurrency market and also because of the large number of scams. If governments introduce laws that eliminate such a large percentage of scams and the market goes up again, the hype around the ICO will again lure new and old investors.
I think it's time to make a platform using the blockchain technology which will be responsible for all aspects such as security, fundraising, payments and listing. It is desirable that inside the platform would have its own exchange. No project has yet been able to implement these tasks yet.
