RomerZolt started thread about repairing by himself 9 faoulty s7,
but he couldn't explain how he did it. But he mentioned he bought it from minerstock.org.

Also there ware several messages by RomerZolt dedicated to a HP leptop buy in the D_Ellows sales thread.

Now its obvious that it was made to take away attention from more important things.

Coingate.com are equal responsible for this scam.
Now they hiding facts and doing tricks with lie and dishonesty
shame on coingate and minestock both of you.

Thanks a lot for making that clear, it sounds like we're boned then...

Let that be a lesson to all of us, even if some member that got scammed were not young, resist human nature and don't buy if it sounds too good to be true and allways use escrow, fuck's sake!!

I personnally won't go any further, if some are willing to go see the cops and all I can provide my txid and a few I recieved from forum members (if they consent) if you need to build a case and all but if your justice is as slow and useless as ours you'll simply be loosing more time and money...

The most enfuriating thing about this scam is that it was sooo obvious, ATX PSUs for 19usd, s9s "barely used" and cheaper than the new ones, GPUs with strange prices, flat rate shipping no matter if you buy 1 or 30 GPUs and the list goes on, fuck !

We can confirm that the account used by Minestock.com had verification level 0 (Starter account), meaning they were not verified and did not supply any identifying information. This is because they used only our software solution for processing Bitcoin payments, and verification is required only if a business wants to convert the received bitcoins to EUR or USD. The only identifying information we have about Minestock.org account (or any Starter account) is email address and IP address used to register that account, IP address(es) used to login to that account and IP address(es) of the server from which we received incoming API requests. We will share this information with law enforcement if we receive an official request for it, but we can not post this information publicly or share it without an official request from a law enforcement agency.

Allright let's all just chill for a minute, everyone's pissed because we lost money but we have a direct contact with someone inside the payment processor with possibly precious information, so they're not the right guy to yell on right now !!

Could CoinGate confirm the account Minestock.com has subscribed to (trader, starter etc.) withoud disclosing name or any other info or is this not legal?

Does CoinGate have the identity of the person or was it not verified because he didn't open an account requiring it?

We only collect additional information and require verification documents in the following scenarios:

1. A person registers on CoinGate and wants to sell bitcoins for fiat currency.
2. A person registers on CoinGate and wants to buy bitcoins using fiat currency.
3. A business registers on CoinGate and wants to accept Bitcoin payments and have the received bitcoins automatically converted to fiat currency and paid out to a bank or PayPal account.

In summary, if the money processed involves fiat currency, then we require additional identification information and verification; if the money processed involves only bitcoins, then we do not require identification or verification.

I do not read anywhere that your contract protects non-existing firms.

Please be aware that the complaint submitted to fraud against your company because you are the only known party, although the impostor was a non-existent company, whose real existence, you will not be checked, before you open the service for him.

I did lose $220 to them so I am just very tired now losing that much money:(

Speaking for myself and having lost .5btc, it's a hasstle to go to the cops (include the 3 hours where they take me for a terrorist because I talk about btc and the 2 month where they'll tap my phonelines for the same reason, really).

I would like to know if you have an identity of the person behind minestock.org or simply a btc address to redirect their funds ? I don't know if you can teell me here or by PM but I'm looking for a simple yes or no to see if it's worth the time or not.

As we have said in the previous post, we will share any requested data with the law enforcement, if we receive an official request from a law enforcement agency to help with an ongoing investigation. We will not hide any data from law enforcement or otherwise hinder any investigations if they are initiated. Of course, we can share customers' data only with law enforcement - we can not share it on a public forum or without receiving an official request for said data from a law enforcement agency.

CoinGate is not affiliated in any way with Minestock.org and we have not helped defraud anyone. We offer a software solution which can be openly used by anyone without identity verification to accept Bitcoin payments. Our assistance to Minestock.org was not bigger than Mozilla's or Google's assistance to them by creating a web browser which enabled people to access their website. That said, we take scam accusations seriously and have currently suspended their account. Again, if anyone was scammed, we encourage you to contact law enforcement and start an official investigation, with which we will fully and actively cooperate.

We thank you for the evidence you have sent us, and we will be sure to share all the evidence we have with law enforcement, if we receive an official request for it.

coingate.com knows everything about minestock or that individual what they did and scammed many people using their payment processor.
Now as a company coingate.com just hiding the facts otherwise they can take action against them as they have their accounts addresses etc where money has gone and can contact to authorities.
Otherwise @Tupsu or your friend should open a thread against coingate.com here in this section or in scam accusations section as they are equal responsible for this scam.

We have enough evidence have screens and txids of payment that we sent to minestock and they did scam.
you already knows better than us that minestock.org did scam with using coingate.com payment processor and you should take legal action against them if you don't do this more questions will rise on you.
