Yes. You have to watch out from those who are selling carded or fraudently obtained mycash cards, if caught paypal will freeze your account. Even with legit cards, you might get away with adding and withdrawing straight to a bank account but others have had their accounts frozen after doing this often too. Small amounts should be fine but you're gonna raise some red flags doing it often or when loading larger amounts.

Don't be fooled by sellers claiming you can make quick $ by loading these cards, withdrawing to bank account and repeating. They only care about making a profit from the cards they are reselling Wink
