Find your locked account in the "search members" area and on that account profile, click "last posts of this person".
You need to find an address YOU posted BEFORE the account was locked.
These requirements are the best way to prove that you are indeed the account owner, and are standard procedure

This is actually a problem with Bitcointalk forum. Many time ppl get banned due to some silly mistake without any warning and even if they apologize for that activity no one is going to listen. There should be a forum to listen and reply to such users.
