They might be connected to the subject but they could still be short, sloppy or spammy. Lots of off-topic 'irrelevant' messages will get you banned even quicker. And only admins can see that ip info but why can't you share your name? If your posts are fine it shouldn't be a problem but that is your prerogative whether to disclose it or not.

What is your forum name? Did you make any posts outside of your local section? I'm guessing this was the problem but if you post your name others can weigh in but it's usually quite apparent why the ban was justified.

This isn't the way to handle this. BadBear sometimes revokes perma bans if users stay away or behave (though this isn't guaranteed) but this sort of attitude is only going to cause you more damage and frustration especially when/if your new accounts are found out and banned yet again.
