Well, Looking at their status and behavior i think that's actually true, Now i really feel bad for you. Giving your account to someone who pulled serial scams and bans evasions.
In this community, retards like him are the one who is a disgrace to the forum i really wish they give you second chance to be back on the forum.



His command on english is like the other 3 accounts for sure  

Contact theymos and see if he can implement a specific signature ban for you instead and reinstate your account. This is something he said he might implement a while ago (and I'm sure he could do individual ones now in certain cases). A signature ban would probably be more appropriate in certain situations and especially to those who are going to contribute in other ways whilst removing the possibility of earning here (which is probably a significant punishment in itself).

Maybe signatures of spammers/plagiarisers should be removed indefinitely or removed until they've achieved x amount of merit then they're reinstated. Most users probably won't bother and just abandon the account but for those who aren't here just to earn and are willing to contribute maybe that would be a sufficient penance for their 'crime'.

I don't think some users should be given a free pass just because they did something stupid or came up with an inventive excuse.

The punishments are there and strict so people know not to do this behaviour.

Wow, it's really sad to see how far this forum has fallen. A member who has been a loyal part of this forum for over three years is permanently banned over copying and pasting some posts, with no realistic chance of appeal, unbelievable.
 
Since when has this forum become so vindictive that even well-known members are not provided a second chance, especially over something so meager. Not only that, but most of the comments here are extremely warped at best, and delusional at worst.
 
Well done to the Pharmacist and LoyceV for sticking up for this user, it seems most of the other DT members are so far gone that they cannot reason beyond their own resentful frame of mind.

Recently my account "Roboabhishek" got banned, and I am sure it was due to copy paste.

The user BitcoinMarshall was providing me posts for the loan I provided him. I asked him on discord that if he can pay the mortgage but he kept offering me his excuses by telling he has kids and things are going badly for him.
But promised that he would repay my loan amount of 0.06BTC.

Then he told me he could write posts for me in return for the loan amount.

At 1st he asked for my account (I refused) then I asked him will he copy-paste from the internet?
-He declined and said he would write the posts all by himself and in past, he had written posts for some people as well.

I said ok and told him to write posts for me in notepad and provide it to me in discord.
He then continued to provide me posts daily. (For a few days I checked that his post quality was average, After a few days he started sending me inferior post quality)
I didn't read much of it, copy pasted as I was busy with other stuff.

In October I had my surgery and wasn't active on the forum for a few weeks.
Then in hospital post-surgery after a few days in bed, I opened up my account, and I saw the message saying you've been banned.

I tried to contact him, but he wasn't replying to me regarding the situation either on telegram nor on the discord.
The posts he provided me were partially copy pasted from different sources and merged into a single post.

Also, he ran away with the loan amount. Just wanted to bring this up on the forum for my mental relief.

Whatever, what you did is not even that bad. People here act like they are gods. In reality I don't think anyone gives a shit really, perhaps a few but most of them just like to bash people for any stupid shit.

Jeez, this does reveal a lot about you and your actions in the future if you get into a situation like i'm atm.
And so this was my last response to Smart.

Obviously you didn't know Roboabhishek, and I'm not just talking about getting his rank wrong.  Look at his feedback and you'll see he was a pretty trustworthy and stand-up guy--and a person who made a big mistake by letting someone else use his account and thereby letting the idiot who controlled it to get Robo banned for plagiarism. 

What I'm trying to get across is that Robo isn't the typical bounty spammer that gets caught copy/pasting.  Nevertheless, I'm not arguing that an exception that should be made for him, nor do I think he'll get a pass on this one.  Rules are rules and the lesson to be learned here is to be very careful with your account because shit like this can happen.  It's unfortunate.  Robo's the kind of member who'll be missed, whereas the forum is better off without the usual plagiarists who get caught.

The only exception I've seen, was made by Cyrus (See [Solved]). OP could try your luck there too.

Damn, glad to see a legendary account is banned again, hopefully more legendary account coming for banned.

Regarding loan business: I think there are a few outstanding loans but those accounts are either abandoned or have gotten -ve trust so yeah there's no reason to expect them back.
This user Bitcoinmarhall was the only to whom I've given this loan duration to pay back his loan because of his health and in life issues with money (at least that's what he told me).

To bounty/campaign managers: Through some contacts, I came to know that a few bounty managers had given this user work of Data entry of stakes in past so it's better to check the spreadsheets for any errors that could get you in trouble shortly.

I was also informed that this user has a considerable number of alts in the forum those were used for asking loans after reaching a certain rank in the conference and then defaulting on them.

Moral of the story: Avoid those who are providing you with a service or asking for the loan by stating the reason (They've ill grandparents, need money for kids, etc.)
Doesn't even matter for how loan you know them on the forum,  Just a matter of time before they leave you in the dust for their financial benefit.

I don't really see him complaining, it's more like stating facts. I must say it's kinda refreshing to see someone actually admit to plagiarism, instead of denying it until some quoted evidence is provided.
As for the ban: it's your own responsibility to make sure your posts don't break the rules. Even legit hacked accounts aren't getting recovered, and for plagiarism I've only seen 1 exception made for as long as I've been on this forum.
That only leaves your loan business: do you have any outstanding loans to deal with?
