What harm to the forum carries the copied phrase in the topic with the bounty a year and a half ago? What harm to the forum are messages with reports
if they are needed by the rules of bounty campaigns?

The harm is meaningless spam.

The benefit is zero.

We don't need spam, we have too much of it. If you don't want to participate in a discussion on the forum and instead just copy and paste stuff - there is no point to have you here.
I immediately called the reason why I was on this forum! If I do not participate in discussions, but simply read and participate in the bounty, this is not a reason to make a decision for me. Why not introduce a warning system, take into account the number of warnings, and after that - ban? Someone broke the rules many times ... someone stumbled once. Is this really fair? If I received a violation notice after the first violation, I wouldn't like to break the rules anymore! But apparently no one needs it. It's easier to sell an account to someone who was banned ...

Another fallen brother, I guess there was a wave of bans in bounty threads, my account was also banned without saying the reason and nobody can even find out for what was I banned.

Right now you're asking for another ban by posting outside of your appeal thread.

None of you shitposting bounty hunters have any respect for the rules so just quit bitching and go away.

Since my account was banned https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/sandrastark-1080742, and nobody answers the e-mail at the address indicated, I created this account ONLY to find out in the Russian topic where can i will turn. After receiving the answer account will delete.
Since my account was banned, I have distorted the answer for myself and wondered if it was worth writing this appeal at all, because I don’t really want to see angry answers. I read the topics, posts admins, answers from many users. But all I see is a negative attitude towards bounty hunters (especially to Russian speakers) , and those who ask for help and justice. I see a lot of insults and ridicule. And mostly from accounts with high rank.  Yes, the forum has different categories of users. And if a whole bounty section has been created on this forum, I believe that we (bounty - hunters) have the right to express our opinion. It is a pity that no one perceives it or immediately perceives negatively.
I believe that there are other violations on the forum, which turn a blind eye ... For example, sale of merits, accounts ... who sells them and why? Many people know the answers to these questions. But for some reason it is not punished.
Or how does the forum allow bounty managers to publish dozens of bounty projects that, after a small amount of time, turn out to be scammers? Is there no rule by which projects should be checked before being posted on the forum? (I just don`t know). Does the forum need a bad reputation because of fraudulent projects?
Many bounty hunters even know managers who themselves create dozens of fraudulent projects. Why are these managers (which all have multi-accounts) are still on the forum and are not punished. Also, for example, I consider it is not normal and not fair to encourage users ( encourage merits)  who manually search for "cruel" (sarcasm) violators  and inform on such accounts (plagiarism two years ago, etc. (yes, violations have no statute of limitations, but again, this is not very correct))
Autobahn without consideration of the reason is generally not serious, especially given the fact that no one responds to the letters of appeal. Where is the feedback?  Huh
So in the Russian topic I was given an answer (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.49090023). And I have a question.
What harm to the forum carries the copied phrase in the topic with the bounty a year and a half ago? What harm to the forum are messages with reports

It would seem that this may complicate the actions of investors who came to the forum in search of information.
But after all, there are topics on the forum, so that a person immediately knows where to look, and on which topics you shouldn’t waste time.
I don't deny that 80% of my interest in the forum is bounty. In addition, I scoop out other information I need and found here several projects for investment.
I have never had bots / multi-accounts or anything else. I had one account. I honestly received the rank of "full member."  After this merit were introduced and I don't move to the next rank. But it didn't upset me. It saddens me that many in this forum are abused their rights and there is no government. And the same people always appear. Shouldn't we be supported? We bring a considerable percentage of activity, we bring investors, we distribute information about this resource ...
I hope my English is correctly stated ... Cheesy
