Please make sure, don't use public computer like in caffe or campus. Login time limit set to 60 minutes, not set 'never'.

Strong your password also help.

Thanks for the great advice. Sadly though I've never logged in anywhere else but my private PC. I'm really strongly beginning to believe it was a RAT that got to my computer. Upgrading my AV and my malware scanners.

If you care to act like how you're acting, do it with a person face to face, not hiding behind a monitor.
No matter about that, be sure i say it straight on in your face or in the face of other people too, if i got them at a obviously scam try, even if they try to handle it like "it was my neighbor or a thief, he got my key"! Grin

I always say to them:

I got ya dude!

Nice try mate, but never mind. Next time more clever. Even scam is a process of learning.  Wink

You know what is really funny? Your "hacker" came online on 12.2., make all this "fake deals" with all of this red trust members...and dissappear. And not stolen anything, nobody claim he got scammed from him or something like that. That is a freaky hacker behavior. Grin

A "normal" hacker steal a high reputated account (not a 1 month old without any rep!) and use this account to fraud people with this highly trusted  hacked account.

And i hope you understand now, why guys like Tomatocage smell it's fishy, and me too. As i say mate, nice try, but obviously is it too obviously.

You're the type of person who don't believe robberies and murders happen in the world just because it hasn't happened to you.
You obviously know everything and you're obviously always right, yep. Good job, buddy. You solved life's great mystery. Cookie to you.

Be sure, i believe in thee world are a lot robberies, murders and...cheaters, obviously we got here one more? Tongue

It called common sense mate, so please, don't be so a whiner now or try to be cool with your "sarcasm"...its not the same style like the OP victim. Grin

It's obviously no reason to cry for an account without any reputation, so which reputation you gonna lost, or you must to rebuild?

No one make business with you in the past, or no deals are worth to left a feedback. So if you lose your old account what is the problem? The old one is same worth like the new one, no one care about 0 rep. Smiley

To building trust from 0 is pretty much the same thing, like with the old account, honestly.  Roll Eyes Cheesy

Sure bud, I'm not crying for an account without any reputation. I want my account back, plain and simple. What I don't like is losing money which I actually did work to acquire only to be stolen. You're a troll and this will be my last response to you. Since you don't have anything helpful to contribute, shut up and sit down. Go about your business. If you care to act like how you're acting, do it with a person face to face, not hiding behind a monitor.

who the hell would hack your account? you are worthless.
That's what I'm saying! Hey, I don't know, could be you. It's unusual you go around just to insult people who you don't know. It's pathetic and shows what you think of your own selfworth.

Maybe make a reputation thread and explain the situation?
Tough luck, I would have zero expectations of the mods doing anything

I would too... because we can't.  Only an admin (I believe theymos is the only active one) can do anything to help.
I don't expect anybody to anything and the fact that I don't deal enough with trading here, which is why it's useless to make a rep thread. Good idea though.

so many accounts get hacked during last week Sad

Mine still safe Smiley
Yeah, I noticed a few others talking about it. Keep your account safe!

who the hell would hack your account? you are worthless.
Good question. Without the fake feedbacks from the "hacker friends" with alot red feedback too  Shocked i don't see any feedback before the "hack"?

So where is your "building trust" and why are you worry about "now I pretty much have to start all over again"? There is not ONE Feedback left before you got "hacked"!

It sounds like Tomatocage got you, and you try now the "i got hacked" way.  Roll Eyes
Yes, it's true I don't have any feedback before the hack. No, not in quotes; the hack. Trust doesn't necessarily simply involve having positive reps on here you know. It's about disgracing your username and the actual trust you build with people you've dealt with in the past.

"now I pretty much have to start all over again" - I didn't necessarily mean that for the account either. I was talking about the lost profit I made.

And yes, you're obviously right. Tomatocage is the only reason I'm saying I got "hacked". /end sarcasm

Some people are simply too stupid to talk to sometimes.

Change your email password. Your email password is the most important password you own, because all your other passwords can be reset with it.
One of the first things I usually do for compromised accounts.

How did you get hacked?
I am really not sure. Could be a RAT in my system. Keylogger, etc. Did scan. Nothing else suspicious for now.

You need a strong password. Oh and change all your passwords if they were the same as the one you used here
I do have a strong password. 8+ with numbers and letters mixed up. Just added others securities, but I'm suspecting a RAT or something so I'll have to deal with that in a bit.

Had my account hacked.

Account Name: PyroTekNeks

Now they're making threads posing as me.
Has tons of neg reviews now.

What to do, what to do?
I really doubt there's any "real" support on the site.

Contact an admin they should be able to do something. In the meantime maybe leave a negative feedback comment on your account explaining the situation.

Edit: Just checked the feedback and whatever has happened the feedback is justified as clearly they're sockpuppets.
I really, really appreciate the response, but I'm not sure who's the admin to contact around here.

theymos is the guy to contact, but it may take a little while to get a response (if you do ever get one)
Thanks. I'll try. Hope I can get the account back. Name recognition is part of building trust and now I pretty much have to start all over again. Bleh.
