I'm newbie in the forum and I am not good in grammar and still developing my knowledge about bitcointalk

Why should moderators did not delete my post and give me a warning. The worst thing is that my account has permanently banned. I thought the first offense is banned about 30 days or 60 days but in my situation it is directly perma banned.
Can I get some help from any one.
