I am not the op but i hate seeing scammers around so i am replying here. Man your situation is bad and you do not have any proof to defend yourself so you are still a scammer in my opinion.

As I see it , OP has not replied with any proof(PMs, posts in the forum and such) that the skype ID he conversed with was "SmartIphone".The "[banned mixer]| Fast Crypto Mixer" thing seems too fake, no one would take something from their sig. to put up on their skype.

I can vouch for Smart Iphone. I've known him for a while on skype and his skype id is "smartiphone3d". AFAIK, that's the only account he uses. Plus, his status isn't "[banned mixer]| Fast Crypto Mixer", it's "Avaliable to deal with you

trust_egift post a picture of the skype ID that you dealt with and I will confirm if that is me or not, and other people can confirm too.

If you check the other scam thread against me you can see that it is the same skype who tried to scam, I have a different avatar on skype which many people can vouch here.

i am sureYou got any proof behind it??. So far I don't think SmartIphone will scam(though i maybe wrong, but I strongly believe atm that he is not) . It is some other guy who is trying to impersonate as SmartIphone and scamming users on skype.
Come to think about it you are not the only victim of this fake SmartIphone. Try to use escrow and you wont get into any trouble. It is very hard to believe the users still don't use escrow even knowing about it.

Sorry for your loss man and hopefully you will get your money back. Next time you should use escrow when you deal with anybody in this forum
