Most of them are either Newbie and Jr. Member and I think best way is to disallow participation of Newbie and Jr. member rank into bounty campaigns or signature campaigns. The biggest problem is bounty allows participants with those ranks to participate. Along with it I think raising the merit count to rank up to Member should be good .

This is a whole farm of accounts, I spent a lot of time, but I was able to identify 218 accounts:

The income is more than 10K with the Facebook company, but now some are participating in the company's signature.
Now these accounts are participating in the eloncity bounty.
KYC for me is not a solution, because with my account rank I get a symbolic reward that would take risks by sending out my documents.

These users are still not red flagged! They keep earning some tokens through bounty abuse!
As I am seeing lately, this had become a trend in bitcointalk.
Each day some multi account topic is opened. There is the need to reach some solution to this.
I think KYC should be mandatory. Or bounties only accept people with KYC approved by bitcointalk.

It's a shame that I have all this work compiling this list of bounty abusers and no one acts on it

Let's hope they will do something.

I am here subscribed to this and supporting this by any mean, I reported this to devs. and I think this should be talked with the forum admins and find a solution for this situation! ..

I have transactions from all user to one master. All are participating in the same bounties.
Only by chance with some random factors I could be mistaken.

Then if I see that you have made a mistake, I'd give you as many chances as you'd need and would help you to improve yourself. there are some DT2 member who'd tag people and would say that they are not going to change their tag under any circumstances. I'm not like that and I would fix any mistakes.
I believe this is the right path I am on.
Note that I am not a DT member, they are chosen based on the level of trust DT1 members have in them. and DT1 members are chosen based on the trust theymos has in them. so whatever DT1-2 members are doing it would lead back to theymos whether it's bad or good. they know this and they are doing their own rogue operations regardless.
