Wrong preservation- there is no statement of intent in this exchange. There might, and its pretty tenuous, be allegory towards mounting heads on spikes, and eating omelets, but nothing you could bring charges with. Actually, Schumer's head would be on a spike already. People who want to poke their attention into other people's lives without cause for their own personal jollies deserve the head on a spike treatment just as much as scammers. In Schumer's case doubly deserving because every dime he has earned suckling at the public teat has been a scam against the very people he deigns to rule over.
