How does you doing everything on our behalf manually impose mutual safety exactly? There is nothing mutual about the agent having all the information of the end user, and the end user just feeding money to the account and playing on it. The agent and the platform benefits from all of this, never the end user because they don't have any say on what's going to happen on the account. For all we know, the agent can just get the deposit of the player and not deposit it manually if the amount is so big. Every single thing about this 'agent system' in today's world is just screaming red flags all over the place for me.

I've had a very cursory look at the site, but a red vlag for players could be the jurisdiction. It is located in Costa Rica and we know that there are no ways to speak to a casino if there are problems with payments or other issues. Why not opt for a license from Curacao or if the budget had been sufficient, Malta for example? You could recruit a lot more players with that in my opinion.
