I say that your rewards are ones of the worst here. Even now, when OAX price is about 1.1 USD, but Hero members can get only 440 USD per month, meanwhile, in other campaigns, they may receive 3-4k USD per month.
Let's see your spreadsheet. How do you think, why so low people there?
Hunters' work does not cost so few. But it's your choice and your campaign. And you can establish rewards as you want.

We are planning to gradually decrease the basic rewards level (in OAX) in particial accordance to the growth of the OAX price.

Dear OAX Bounty participants!
We are continuing the program as planned.
Records of participants who have already registered in Nov/Dec have been automatically transferred to January spreadsheet.
Please check your status Accepted - "YES" or "no" in the January Public spreadsheet and start the work only if you're accepted.
Participants who submitted Preliminary application for January will have the priority right to enter the program and be accepted.
Regarding "Early Bird" and "Supporter" status (bonus) in January. We will recheck whether participants qualify to terms:
- those who already belong to these categories will have the same status
- those who will get Reward for December in the amount of 100+ OAX (or will have that amount on their address in total after payment) will become "Supporters".
- those who will get Reward less then 100 OAX (will have less than 100 OAX in total) will have a possibility to increase their balance to the needed amount and get status "Supporter"
December Payment is planned to Jan, 2 2018.
You may check your records in the December Public spreadsheet

We are planning to gradually decrease the basic rewards level (in OAX) in particial accordance to the growth of the OAX price. The basic level of rewards can also be increased. Changes can be implemented on a weekly basis and will apply to the future weeks only. There is always the Hightening coefficient which can be implemented in different situations. Starting from the Week 2 the number of posts for Signature participants can be enlarged to 20. This question is under review.

We are continuing the program as planned.
Records of participants who have already registered in Nov/Dec have been automatically transferred to January spreadsheet.
Please check your status Accepted - "YES" or "no" in the January Public spreadsheet and start the work only if you're accepted.
Participants who submitted Preliminary application for January will have the priority right to enter the program and be accepted.
Regarding "Early Bird" and "Supporter" status (bonus) in January. We will recheck whether participants qualify to terms:
- those who already belong to these categories will have the same status
- those who will get Reward for December in the amount of 100+ OAX (or will have that amount on their address in total after payment) will become "Supporters".
- those who will get Reward less then 100 OAX (will have less than 100 OAX in total) will have a possibility to increase their balance to the needed amount and get status "Supporter"
December Payment is planned to Jan, 2 2018.
