I think its clear that either this project manager is one day a month guy or Ken is a one day a month guy. Two questions:

1) Ken how many days per month do you spend working for this company?

2) Do you own/run any other companies and how many days a week do you work for them?

I work full time, 7 days a week.  I have 1 other company, it runs itself.
So then why does it take over a month to fix the website? Why can't you sign up for Bitpay and install their prestashop plugin in an hour to automate bitcoin payment?

First of all, I don't want to do business with bitpay because they are in bed with BFL.  Second, there are a lot of other things going on in the background that need to be taken care of, i.e datacenter, cash flow, lawyers, MSD, customer service, just to name a few.

So you say only because a company, that you dont like because of their business ethics, is using the same payment processor, means that you cant use them now? I dont see the sense in that.

And what about the shares? Do you have thousands of shareholder requests or why is my mail without effect since 16 hours?

Have some fucking patience, you started bitching about the transfer 3 hours after you sent the email. Seems to me you just like to bitch. Give it 24 hours before complaining.

I sent my email 10:34 8/5/14

I received my shares at 23:35 8/5/14

That is a 13 hour delay. They are going through.

Mate, you and everyone else you writes a post which is directed at Ken should be using the private message feature and contact him directly.  He will respond to you that way.  Otherwise you should assume that it will not be answered and we will assume that your motives are unclear.

Mate, my motives are this:

- Trying to get refunded (Ken hasn't been answering my requests for about a month now, also tried PM and emailing him)
- Maybe the shareholders are also interested in knowing how Ken is (still) treating the VMC customers

Cheers

What specifically makes you say this after watching the video?

We knew already that there are stickers on the board. Ken has also responded when asked about if they are Hashfast boards.

Seriously, what are you seeing that makes you ask this question?

I trust Vince and he mentions they could be hashfast

Well we know they are defo designed by hashfast, all I'm saying is I suspect they were made on the same production line by the same supplier as the guys who are making boards for hashfast - what I don't know is if Ken is buying from these people directly, or through hashfast.

edit: and I don't think it matters - ken is clearly getting a good deal.

If you want my two cents, ditch this prestashop bullshit and just open a Shopify store. Bitcoin integration and full accounting already built-in. Pretty templates, stable code-base, less installation and worry for you. It will free up some time to do these things in the background.

please send me a bitcoin pmt address for the 2 units I have placed an order for.

payment address was given via PM and payment has been made.  I will update as to the status of my shipment and report once i receive and hook up the miners.

There will be nothing in the background if we don't fix the foreground. People cannot and will not buy product if the website is:

a) Unstable
b) Outdated
c) Displaying inaccurate products/pricing
d) Just flat out not fucking working.

Ken,

You do recognize that VMC's is measured on the same scale as BFL. The way you handle and present yourself to customers who placed pre-orders and your timeliness in delivering products are all measured at large by the community.

We "Share Holders" don't have the day to day information or understand from your perspective. We only see your interactions with people here in a public forum and from time to time do see areas of concern; both including your interactions and your presence (Web page, etc).

I thought the project manager takes care of the data center, the customer service rep takes care of the customer service and the lawyer takes care of the MSD - am I wrong about this? If not then what are you doing all day to stop you from sorting out the website?

Website is our number one source of profit and it is a joke, I could fix it up in less than 4 hours. what the hell are you doing all day?Huh This should have been fixed over a month ago.
