looks like the sham ACTM mining farm is trailing off again… http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa

And Ken's pulling shareholder's coins left & right: https://blockchain.info/address/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa

Tiresome jibes are tiresome.

Anyone else got refunded yet?

I sent refund agreement 4 days ago. not yet got refund.

I asked for a refund tomorrow and am furious that I haven't received a refund yet.  You're in the same boat as me.

Let's call the Blahgraphics Police, he's got contacts and can surely aid in our plight.  He the man.

CUT TO:

..blah, blah, crazy rant with no facts to back 'em up..

Zum is at it again.  I, however, speak for the MSD when I say that I am right in everything I say.  Ask me, I should know.  I am a cock.   Cool

_______________________________________________________________________

Here are some useful numbers for those of you have no short term memory;

My pal at the MSD : 555-8593-jerky
My business partner (not at the MSD) : 555-8593- (not) gay
My Eligius mining address using hardware that I can wholeheartedly say has been acquired legitimately : 1blah657pH56DAFTY87agayDt456ffaty22

Ask me, I should know.  Wink  ActM shareholders need not concern themselves, just focus on Ken at this stage.  I can help with that.   Cheesy

This guy is a fucking criminal and you are all being conned right now.

Anyone wondering why crumbs left when BlahG took over?  Shocked

Of course they'll argue otherwise, but with a vested interest they would.

The truth is the MSD are NOT the cavalry, they don't give a fuck about what is right or wrong.  They have a set of rules and will enforce them regardless.  They go to work at 9am, push paper and go home at 5pm.  It will take them years to catch up with what is going on here and by then we'll have all moved on, yet some of you will have been played and might never know better.

And that's the story of our lives, eh?   When we start to take control of our own destinies, someone always comes along to persuade us otherwise, be it Blahgraphics, crumbs, minerpart of the MS fucking D.

I can see it where some can't.  My job here is over.  Just open your fucking eyes if your are the knybe or drawingthefud type.

THIS IS MEANT TO BE BITCOIN AND GREED GOT THE BETTER OF US, SO SORT YOUR SHIT OUT AND REJOIN THE PARTY AND TOGETHER WE WILL MAKE A BETTER WORLD WITHOUT THE NEED TO GO CRYING TO BIG BROTHER.  AMERICA NEEDS TO SNAP OUT OF THIS CULTURE OF LITIGATION.  BG IS THE PROBLEM AND IS THE ENEMY WITHIN.  FACTOID.

Well I filled out the form scanned it and emailed it to the address on the form. So is this actually going to happen in the 7 business days that you said it would take or is this just more bullshit? The total is $25,931.60. I want to see about 44btc in my account pronto buddy!

Are you asking for a refund on the gear you claimed was "DOA" or is this for other gear you ordered and never received?

Just trying to clarify so others know if you do get a refund.

Ken has stated a few times that he was using Mt.gox as a payment processor, converting sales that were paid in BTC to USD. Where the fuck is this USD if he was using our IPO money to fund chip & board development. If you take in 400k in pre-orders you should have 400k on hand. Next, where is the money from sales, as far as I can tell he has sold about 250 boards at lets say @ around 900 each, that should give him 250k as the money to buy HF chips and have them placed on boards came from the VMC coffers.  Am I missing something here.

Jump to the beginning of my posting history to find posts with ken's exact words (this conundrum caused me to break my stance as an observer watching the shitshow) but if I remember correctly, there should be no cash from Gox. This was a time where USD withdrawals on Gox were super duper slow to nonexistant. That fact lead me to think that it was insane for Ken (or anyone) to have large amounts of coins or dollars on Gox, but Ken said that the coins were there because they wee his payment processor, and that when he needed money to pay refunds (or anything) he would transfer the coins somewhere else, sell them, and use the USD to pay whatever needed to be paid.

Breaking news just in! Video footage has surfaced of the typical ActiveMining board meeting!

On a more serious note, has anyone who provided their extended information (purchase history etc.) with the MSD heard back from them again yet? I understand this is a huge case and lowly investors like me aren't a huge priority right now, but I haven't heard as much as a "thank you, we're looking into it" in a week now.

Huh
Isnt that just a function of coinbase coins, moving through the address before they are fully confirmed?

Yes, just asked around and it appears that it's what happens sometimes from mined coins.

I'm sorry for shareholders, but this house of cards is about to come falling down.

It's been falling down for months now.

@CoinHoarder: One of the guys who filled the form already reported that he got the refund. If you wait Ken could possibly run out of BTC to refund you. The Wood Law guys can't possibly seek full BTC refunds - this was stated from the beginning of the preorder - prices are in USD and if you want you could pay with BTC on the current USD exchange rate, but you are still paying the USD amount and that's what you could get (at max); however the choice is yours and if you want you could wait.

No, Ken would not make us sign that form for refunds if his lawyers didn't advise him to. I think we have a case for full BTC refunds. Sure, he might run out of BTC, but either way I am taking a risk. The way I see it, Ken is free rolling me three times over.

#1 he used my money to fund business expenses and/or refund other customers and/or buy hardware for shareholders and/or pay him or his family
#2 he is sending out hardware (Goldstrike) to people that just paid this year and sending me nothing even though I ordered almost a year ago.
#3 he could not give a refund after I signed that form, then bring it up in court that I agreed to a usd refund.

I'm sorry for shareholders, but this house of cards is about to come falling down.

That's all good and nice, but I've already been waiting 3 months, and it's too little too late. I doubt he's even going to send me anything if I do fill out that form, this isn't the first time he said he would be sending out refunds and give a time frame to do so in, then completely ignore the time frame and the refund requests. I'm going to wait until I hear that a few people have successfully filled out the form and got a refund before doing so, otherwise I might screw up the case with Wood Law. Even if a few people successfully do get a refund, I'm not sure I myself will do it as I imagine Wood Law will be seeking full BTC refunds.

Ordered 2 Hash Fast Ones on 8/6/2013, no hardware ever arrived, and I've been waiting over 3 months for a refund.

Something is seriously wrong here. I suggest everyone that invested in this venture to get out while they still can.

Unfortunately, I can't wait any longer as this hardware was ordered as part of a group buy and I need to look out for the people that invested in the hardware with me. I also contacted Wood Law with my information.

I gave VMC a warning via their support system that I would go to a lawyer if my refund wasn't processed (as that worked for me before with HashFast.. they magically sent a unit a couple days later.) I never got any response from that message, and I also received no response to my original refund request either, only an email after both support requests saying "your message has been received."
