how long do we have to wait for Share Transfer from AMC to ActivMining?
I did everything according the instruction on page 1
I'm waiting already more than 48 hours.

A total of 3182.7215 btc will be hitting bitfunder today from the G.SDICE payout. There is only 1250 btc worth of ASKS before .01.

I tendered my AMC shares to ACTIVEMING yesterday on bitfunder (and sent email in requested format),
I have not received any ActiveMining shares.
So if I'd done nothing I would have ActiveMining shares now? But since I followed the guidelines I now have nothing?
What should i do now???

you have to tender on bitfunder. PM Ken and sit tight. the auto-tender was for btc-tc only.

The automatic tender was on btc-tc ONLY.
If you check the post #3 of this thread you will see that it takes 24 - 48 hours (minimum) to complete the tender process.
What you need to do is sit tight, and Ken will get to them when he can.
