Who doesn't use 2FA? That is just nonsense though. Like if you have the money to invest in half of these companies. Go buy a cheap used Android/iPhone and use it for 2FA. You don't even need a contract, just wifi. No reception and it still works.

I liked this price 9 months ago when I bought my shares. Right now, I'm not buying any more and I'm also not selling any (ha, as if I could!)

Difficulty went up 200 fold since then, and potential profitability went down by the same amount. The only saving grace is the increase in bitcoin exchange rates. But on top of the difficulty increase your company has failed to deliver on any of it's promises, the leadership has actively deceived you and the SEC has started investigating for securities violations.

Well if you guys do the simple math the price and share count is exactly ehat was lost. I believe it was 108 btc lost. If anything this is very fair and keeps all parties square and eliminates legal questions. Its all very transparent, as long as you open your non-glaucomaed eyes. I say get some shares. This is better than shopping at Macys with a 75% off card

...Are you serious with this? Because it's making me question your sincerity. Don't kid yourselves: As soon as ANYONE else can trade you'll see much better "steals" than this.

If you're trying to protect the value of your shares, you should be convincing Ken to not throw money away.

Idk man them shares are going fast. Ken's probably gonna keep us all in limbo until these shares are sold.

nav, yes I would suggest you read a bit wider than wiki.

The law that Ken is following is US law and that does not allow him to hold the shares to take the divs. It entitles him to sell Ukyos assets to recoup the loss. Ken is offering them to the market to recoup company losses, it happens everyday in America, often at public auctions.
