You can start posting anywhere in the forum, right from the beginning.
And the 360 seconds time limit will be down to just 75sec, when you reach 15 activity (still newbie).

The system is necessary , yeah we can complain about it , but once you get 15+activity that you will get in 2weeks after that you won't even notice it once..!
