you need about 14 posts every 2 weeks (1 point per day) to get the max activity level btw. i think if you stop posting, you somehow still get activity points.. though not as much (at least i think i did).

Be carefull to not spam, and posting more won't help your activity, because the activity is also tied to your registration date

I think post should be meaningful, but not for pasting activity, to be here to get more knowledge is important.

It depends on the amount different weeks you've posted here. For each 2-week period in which you post you get more activity.
You gain 14 activity for 14 posts in 14 days. so 2 weeks of positng would be 28 activity and so on.
