It can take up to an additional 30 minutes, it doesn't take one hour to update, so it could happen in one minute or 30 minutes depending on when it last updated.

There is nothing wrong. Use the search function and you'll find plenty of posts regarding how your activity rating is calculated.
I have 16 posts but only 12 activity I've waited 30 minutes.
