Even if we find an actual number (I am taking this for real just to make an example) we have not really find the actual number because one user may be using a lot of bitcoin addresses to receive bitcoins. There are other platforms of wallets as desktop, apps, hardware and web out of all I am just exploring web based wallets statistics.

Well, the last time I counted I found 36 people who use bitcoin. The rest of the people just talk about it and wish they had some.
The number is crowded! but mostly investors, the exchanger and digital money exchange services! Bitcoins and altcoins should be used for a variety of purposes to enhance social impact!
We can't determine the actual number of people using bitcoin because that is impossible to go around the world and ask every people if they are using bitcoin or not because there is a lot of people who uses bitcoin and it is not enough to measure them using the number of bitcoin wallets because it is so easy to create bitcoin wallet so there is no way for me to measure the actual number of user of bitcoin.
We don't know what is the actual number of poeple using bitcoin because there are a lot of people use it to earn money and profits. I also believe that it will grow day by day because everytime there are many investors come to invest on it through this many people will get benefits in using it.
I think that there is no sure way to determine how many people actually use bitcoin. Clearly the number using bitcoin is less than 21 million people because the number of bitcoin alone is 21 million and some people have bitcoin more than one so it can be ascertained that number of peoples have bitcoin less than 21 million. Even now, I have never heard that blockchain bitcoin platform can determine the exact number of people who use this bitcoin. We also can not know who is acting as an old player and who new players because all are free if it is already in the market. Different from this forum that can be distinguished from the rank level.
This is not a small bank, not small financial services and not like any other companies who have limitation. Crypto market is like an ocean and no one can say how much fish or lives in the ocean. So no one can determine how many peoples use Cryptocurrency. We are swimming in the ocean no one can stop us. We are free.

We can not tell how many people use bitcoin. I guess there must be a Chinese Bitcointalk equivalent. Then extrapolate numbers from that with updated information from public wallet providers, like Blockchain, and also many people are using multiple wallet for security reason. People are not determine how much the exactly Volume of Bitcoin users except in Bitcoin forum they have the numbers of users that IN and OUT in every months regarding Bitcoin holder we have no also the numbers of holder because many exchanges has Bitcoin stored so also in Bitcoin program showed the number of users.
the people that use bitcoin right now is just a little, its less than the other currencies like USD and other fiat because we can see that in my country there are only small people that know about bitcoin, and all of them that know about bitcoin is not use bitcoin, they just now about bitcoin and the price increasing. only just that

It is hard to define man. But I am pretty sure it is growing day by day despite of the falling down these days. 
In our country we the app using coin ph is only 5 million in last 2017 i dont know right now how many using bitcoin right now

I've read this but forgot where, between 2-3 million bitcoin holders based on number of Bitcoin Address Wallets that contain of a number of bitcoins inside. for bitcoin address distribution is obviously more than that. but this is data years ago. somehow it seems to grow more rapidly and more people are familiar with bitcoin 
At the moment I think that the majority of the people are using bitcoin more on the exchange rather than to actually pay for goods, services etc, so I think it's really hard to determine who many users actually use them.

it is difficult to determine it. if we look at the market, we can only see the market cap, and that's the amount from the beginning of bitcoin to date. so to determine the increase in users from year to year or month is very difficult.

You can assume the number if users in bitcointalk.Only if you can track the IP of the users then you might get an estimate. But there's no easy way to do it.
I think it is quite impossible to predict the actual number of bitcoin user all over the world. You may say the wallets are the indicator of bitcoin. But there are many people who use different wallet for their safety and security. Beside this there are many people who are directly involved and using the bitcoin and some are indirectly use it. But it can easily say that the popularity and user of bitcoin is increasing day by day. But we can get some indication by counting the number of member of this forum.
I don't think you can really measure the number of people using bitcoin accurately at any time because bitcoin is free to sign up and doesn't need any ID, and is mostly anonymous. You can measure the number of used addresses, but a person or organization can have multiple addresses.

I cannot say the actual numbers of people used Bitcoin. It is very difficult to determine. Maybe there are millions of people used bitcoin because it is very demand throughout the world and can have more benifets we can get in bitcoin.
