@Quickseller, better be careful with this. I don't know why, but this somehow doesn't seem good to me except the only fact that they are using someone trustworthy like you (quickseller) as an escrow.
I was told by a number of people via PM that this loan request is suspicious, however there is a signed message from an address first posted ~9 months ago here so he cannot later claim his account was hacked. TBH it seems like he is probably trying to sell his account via this loan, either way all parties agree to the terms. You were told by a number of people that this loan request is suspicious? but yet I only received on Pm saying be careful from another member. would of been nice of you to tell me of all these PM's advising of suspiciousness...

so you think he is probably trying to sell the account with the loan I give him/her... again no light of this till now.
I am the one giving out the loan and again only one Pm was sent to me. would of been nice of all the people that Pm'd you Pm me as well.
in that case this changes things. I feel like I am left in the dark with all these suspicions
If you are lending, you better be aware of the risks involved. You can not blame others for that.
As for this particular loan, you better hope it is repaid as you will struggle to get 0.25 BTC for the account.
Yea I understand not blaming any one. would of been nice to get the Pm's my way as well.
