Attractive idea - having completely anonymous blockchain-powered messenger would be very nice. But I would feel reluctant to trade with anyone using this platform because in my view it is susceptible to frauds due to being anonymous.

could you please finally post better instruction how to start a delegate. or ist just like lisk? if yes then it may be possibe to check the lisk tutorials and start one. and is there something like a delegate ann? because i would need votes.
