Basically that address is also getting paid from ghash.io
U see the first address on there marked with ghash.io . sent coins there?Soo... I think i know whats up with this.
when ghash.io reaches near the 51% they just get couple of PH , to the "solo mining" with this and proably some other addresses. So basically this is ghash.io addy, just they put it to solo mine so ghash.io "is not at 51% " but it actually is on much more .
Does this make any sense ?
