They did not write their 100% proof was based on the VPN. They write that you were also using VPN. Probably you did not use the VPN the whole time, and then they saw your real IP address.
The professional gambling cheaters group are looking for new ways how to steal money from a site, but it seems Adkinsbet is catching them every time!

You manipulated the location with your VPN from another country, to hide Russia.

What people forget here is that it seems the case that you are using like 4/5 accounts trying to get the bonus and then withdraw the funds. And after it, repeat the procedure.

Identifying each and everyone's legitimate information would help this situation become saturated, because if it wouldn't be solved; scammers won't stopped and still find more victims.
With respect with other users using vpn, I don't think that would be called as legit since you're just using a virtual location.

The user has already indicated that he deliberately masked Russia and therefore used a VPN. That therefore falls under the manipulation of a location.
Simple conclusion, the terms have been violated.
Optimal use of a VPN connection means that you could use a VPN somewhere nearby for a more stable network.
This user has only done it to manipulate his location. The reason he gives is irrelevant why he wants to get around Russia.
He already admits he does not want his location to be showed as Russia, easy as that.
What I read from their story was that these users all tried to get a bonus and then run with the bonus money, and then create another account again for a new bonus.

You read it very well that obviously, you are cheating their system. With that small amount would you think  AdkinsBET will ruin their reputation?

You should know that first that having multiple accounts is against their rule and maybe you will block them once you have caught them. I guess you are not really reading the TOS, FAQ, or any terms that you may be violating the rules. This is not a good practice at all, even though which gambling sites you are, there's always have their won rules and there's nothing you can do is to follow. Unless, if you will make your own gambling site.

as I wrote here. Adkinsbet already checked my account earlier! and allowed the payout, but I canceled it to make more bets. and then Adkinsbet came up with a story of how not to pay!

Also, I don't think AdkinsBet will ruin their reputation here for that amount. If they have blocked your account, it means, they already did their investigations from their side. Need to move this thread as it is not the proper board for this.

Not defending Adkinsbet here against op but the words in the above quote seems logic as i don't expect a great platform like adkinsbet will scamm someone for 30 mBtc.
At the same time, i can't understand why someone prefer to have many accounts with a website requiring KYC. Op confessed that he broke rules using VPNs so there is nothing to discuss after .
