Good catch, his trying get a fake reputation? "Maybe". It's shame.
I don't thing that could be called scammer since no body have lost the money by buying the script, those many script BAB already shared in many platform, just google it with magic keyword.

PS to mindfresh : If you have good in writen a code(script), you should create thread with options "I made a script costums methode as you want", It's could be better. Then please deal through no body people will deal with it. I have new tips for you.
1. You make deal with people who want create the script.
2. If you able, then deal with the price.
3. You create it one, then you do some record to the proof the script it's went smootly.
4. After it, you could deal through escrow service. Why escrow? since you've no any reputation.
5. Then there you go.
