I didn’t break on a new account and was blocked, you wouldn’t recognize me if I didn’t have my message about replacing an account, I didn’t hide, but just started to live in a new way, and I was kicked out of the forum because of an old mistake, you can understand and forgive everything wrong  it is peculiar to people

Yes you did. It may not be refer as "anyone" but to the forum itself.

It may be old or new, its all the same for us here. SBC is now cleaning the forum by finding plagiarized contents. So even if what you did is from a very long time ago, the evidence is still there.

Take note of this: if you killed somebody, can you restore its life? Of course its a no. Same goes for the forum. A rule should be abide by everyone. If you get banned you should not comeback. You may just read some contents but posting and doing any activities are prohibitted.

You did plagiarism  my friend which is completely illegal. Its so funny when you don't know why you got banned. What do you think? You can use this forum as your wish without obeying any rules and regulation.

You made the mistake at the starting of your forum id because obviously you haven't read forum rules properly. Its the result of your own fault and wrong activities. 

Creating a new account while being banned is against the rules and that’s exactly what you did dumbass. You are just way too ignorant, dumb or cynical.

Report them and they will. Otherwise, stop crying and just leave. You will never be unbanned no matter what you say. Deal with it.

Also, a competitor? How are you even a competitor? Whether they ban you or not, your presence has little to no effect here on Bitcointalk. Anyone is allowed to have multiple accounts here on Bitcointalk depending on their intentions, as long as the person isn't banned. TryNinja is not banned, hence he is allowed to have multiple accounts here as long as it isn't for malicious purposes(though I'm not saying that he indeed has multiple accounts).

You did something wrong. First commited plagirism which is ilegal or unethical in every single country and now broke the “no ban evasion” rule.

And you want to keep doing it. You can’t “understand” and keep breaking the rules because it is convenient for you. Accept your punishment and leave.

You do not need to break a rule in the new account. Opening another account after getting banned is an offense, it's ban evasion as explained above. Once a forum member is banned, you (the user) is not allowed to post on the forum anymore on any account, except an appeal thread.

You are still the same person, even if you change account name on the forum. You can expect to be banned all of the known connected your accounts. It is just a forum rule. you can accept it and or you do not have to.

First of all, i'm not an admin, i'm not a mod, i'm not in DT, i'm not the one that reported any of your accounts... So i guess i can talk from an independant perspective.

I think there's some confusion as to why your account was banned, and i think the confusion is caused because 2 different forum rules were broken, causing a permaban on your second account.

The first rule: The forum does not allow plagiarism. This rule caused your acocunt Audi-BMW1988 to be banned
The second rule:  ban evasion, causing your account avtandil to be banned

The first rule is self-explanatory. The second rule (ban evasion) states that if one of your accounts gets banned, it's not actually the acount that's banned, but it's you (as a person) that gets banned. Ofcourse, the result is that the account commiting the offence gets banned right away, but you should consider all your other (existing AND future) accounts to be banned aswell. Once one of your accounts is banned, you cannot use any of your other accounts to continue posting. The only exclusion from this rule is that you can use one (1) account to make one (1) thread in meta for the sole purpose of discussing your ban. You are not allowed to use any other account to create any other threads. Breaking this rule is a bannable offence by itself and (if found) is punished by an immediate permaban.

I do agree that it's very sad for you that you didn't realise the second rule existed and continued posting with your second account, and now you've lost a lot of time as a result. That being said: there is no automatic way of finding ban evasion, so all ban evasion rule breakers are found manually. This means that the time between comitting the actual ban evasion and being banned for ban evasion can be very long (some culprits are never found at all).

The reply above implies that you follow due process in order to get your account back or reasons why it was Ban thereby continue with a new phase in the forum.

No!! it doesn't just because of your Ban evasion.
Hope you understand the rules and be guided by them strictly. Suggestions have be given that you open a thread on meta to ask what leads to your account be Banned.

A copy paste plagiarism caused ban is not reversed. This is clearly explained in the forum rules. If you are not willing to read the before you start posting in the forum then nobody can help you. Plagiarism is a serious offence and your ban will not be lifted under any circumstances. You are allowed to make posts in "Meta" about your ban but you are not getting your account back. Even if you under the rules now and feel sorry you will have to bear the punishment.
