I am having some concerns about the anonymity and the fact that this is a "licensed and regulated" casino. doesn't these two go against each other?

As it is not sportsbook so they cant offer it, you cant compare casino games with sportsbook in case of rollover requirement for a deposit bonus imho. Have you ever seen any legit casinos (non-sportsbook) offer lower than x30 for their deposit bonus?
I just read the terms of the bonus on this site, it has x25 rollover but it is deposit + bonus so basically it is x50.

Site loading is just fine for me and it doesnt load for too long and it doesnt consume time and you are right the design is good and can really compete with most reputable old sites as of now this would have really the potential to boom out depends on the management of the dev/owner.
When you do talk signature campaign there are lots of people waiting on it because its one of the highest paying rate as of now.
