Please show us the document how the Government of Curacao regulate you?

This Service operates under the License No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curaçao.
You mix here something:

- Your licensor Curacao eGaming claim to be authorized and regulated by the Government of Curacao

- Admiralspot.com is not authorized and regulated by the Government of Curacao, but only holds a sub-license from Curacao eGaming.

I have proof that Curacao eGaming do not regulate its licensees. Instead, they assisted frauds in the height of US $ millions.

Here is more info about your license: Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 100 questions from The Hague

I will withdraw everything I have said, if you can show us documents that you are authorized and regulated by the Government of Curacao (as you claim) and how Curacao eGaming regulate you?

Thank you for clarification!

I have asked about a no deposit bonus, and casino representative told me that I have to upload my documents first.
I have never seen anything like that, usually they ask for an id after wagering requirements were met and somebody tries to wirthdraw

Is that true? We should upload our id just for a no deposit bonus? It is kinda weird IMO, as what you said most casino ask this when someone want to withdraw any winnings from the mo deposit bonus. It is not worth to send our ID just for a no deposit bonus, so better to avoid it.
This is not to track the user or something like that. Seems to avoid the multiple account generation for the no deposit, else one user might create several accounts and claim the no deposit bonus. It is providing the best service to the users more than what users expect from a new gambling site.

When I played the no deposit bonus, I didn't have to upload an ID to play it. Was able to double it at blackjack, though I didn't knew that it only counted for 25% of the wagered for the roll-over. So changed to slots and lost everything. Too bad. Anyway, I don't think you need ID to play the no deposit bonus of $10. I am not sure though, if you can withdraw it without ID verification since I wasn't able to withdraw mine. But I think you still don't need it.

You don't need an ID on this site or on any other sites. But this site in particular has clauses to probably prevent legitmate BTC withdraws because they require ID when withdrawing to a different address from deposit address.

This basically makes no sense, since many use 1 BTC address per transaction, and some even withdraw from exchanges and they don't own that withdraw address. So my guess is they most likely put this in their terms to prevent paying out people and try and get away with it legally.

Very scammy in my opinion. Even if someone didn't have an issue giving out their ID and Passport. Who knows if the ID would remain safe or get sold on the dark net markets and identity theft might get committed.

Is this site legitimate? Why I see a scam accusation(https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18747227) says that a scammer is promoting the website? Is he affiliated with the website, or it is owned by that scammer?

Read their ToS.  It is full of KYC, AdmiralSpot is maybe a good service but it is not the best place to play when you want to keep your privacy.
It is normal thing when the casino is mixing bitcoin and standard fiat money payments. They will have stricter KYC policy. Nothing strange here.

I think the only reasonable approach is to try it with faucets if they have one. That is the most acceptable approach to any new gambling website out there. If they have faucet just play with what you have there, if they don’t have faucet, let the older members gamble and check out the reviews.

He gave me the code but said that I had to send in documents first before reedeming the code. I was able to play but I doubt they would pay out the winnings, they could say I did not follow their rules and documents had to be checked before redeeming the bonus code. And their max payout from no deposit is $15, as far as I can remember

Yes and how many people do you know that have successful withdrew the bonus and not went bust after 25x rollovers? Even if the site had a 0% house edge which none do, it would be very difficult to perform.
Most will go bust even when going 5x over their deposit, I don't see how 25x is even possible. I think what would be better would be a smaller deposit bonus like 5% but have a rollover of only 2x or so. So that we can actually take advantage of.
This is how bonus system works in every gambling sites and hope you are not new to it as even in the biggest online gambling sites such as bet365 you need to roll over 20x to withdraw your bonus. They wont be giving away freebies just like that and it is true that even with a zero percent house edge there is no guarantee that you will be winning and that is what gambling is all about, the uncertainty and the thrill of playing and the hope of getting the profits attracts everyone to gambling.

More reviews coming up this week! Wink

Looking forward for more of your reviews. That's why I read first the reviews of gambling sites before putting real money in it, you can never be too careful these days. There are a lot of scam sites going around and running after getting certain amount of Btc's deposited in their casino sites. Good thing AdmiralSpot is always updated and posts new reviews almost every week for us players to know it is always up to date.

Are you sure that it is not possible to withdraw from the bonus even if we win big and we have completed the wagering requirment? It would be a joke if the bonus is only to make bet but impossible to withdraw.
You can withdraw your bonus and the stipulation states that the value of the bonus must be turned over 25 times in the casino and when those bonus requirements are met the bonus amount will be credited to your main balance and all withdrawals are reviewed and there is no maximum withdrawal restriction.

I understand the terms very well, I asked soul-impact because he said it is impossible to withdraw from bonus because the bonus is to bet only. Seems that he do not know how the bonus works.
And you are wrong to say "the value of the bonus" because as per terms, players need to wager 25x the bonus + the deposit amount.
