Just found very large transaction fee, it is in Block 353672, but I can't locate the exact transaction





Another hacked exchange or merchant and is trying to get BTC out as quick as possible...?

Well the miners definitely appreciate this. I'm going to assume that someone made a mistake while sending a transaction.
This has happened in the past, nothing new. It's easier to type 100 instead of 0.100 than you think.

I think the wallet app should warn for abnormal very large transaction fee or even don't allow it.
Well you should suggest it. That would be a nice safety feature, because if the block gets mined by 'unknown' one can forget about his money.
I think a warning would be more appropriate. Like a box asking you to confirm when the fee is very high.

Could this be a mistake? I can't think of many wallets that would actually confuse users into sending such a transaction. Could this actually be a generous individual?
